Humanity is known for many things, by humanity itself. Wonders such as modern medicine, advanced speech, diverse body types, culture, architecture, and scientific discoveries to name a few. We deem ourselves as creative, as a special species, despite the fact we arrived by pure chance. With egos, and complex minds we strive daily to solve problems created by ourselves. One can't help but ponder what would happen if our advanced world were to fail, collapsing into worldwide destruction and what has been deemed post apocalyptic in graphic medias such as books and movies. Hopefully, these words will join them, maybe reach a greatness like other tales long told. A tale of societal collapse, and a broken world, as caused by a sickness that strips humans down to their barest instinct. More commonly, we call these occurrences, Zombies.
Just as we humans change, so do the struggles we face, be it in illness, life, or love. Maybe, it is even something that isn't listed here. All of that is unimportant after all. That is my simple truth.
