A Game of Cards ( fluff)

The prey

You sit there looking around entering the Hunter exam room it's only you and about 50 people there the time being. You look around and notice a few applicants the 10 or so that stick out your number 50 and you see a man dressed in blue with red lush hair and clown makeup as you look at him you notice how his makeup is better than yours. You twitch your eye just a little annoyed by that. A few hours later there's over 400 people in that room.
"Hmm" you sigh allowed
" this is boring so far I just wanted a challenge"
You cross your arms putting on head phones and blast your favorite song. A rather chubby man walks up to you he tries to speak
" hello! I'm tompa and you seem rather nice need any info around here I've been in this game over 30 times actually" you cut him off
" no one hear is nice I see your gimmick your going to try and trick me so I expect for you to not be around me, I don't want to see your face or I will kill you when the time is right" you put your headphones back on after your sure you scared him good and well. Tompa scurries away like a dog with its tail behind his legs you smirk watching him leave. Minutes after a small child walks up to you, you look at him wondering how he made it being he looked 12 he speaks with a kick in his step
" hi!!!! I'm gon and these are my friends Leorio and kurapika we want to know if you know when the Hunter exams start"
You look at him with a annoyed look.
"I do--"
A man walks up dressed in a suit saying he's a examiner
After a few hours of running your not even tired and could probably run the whole day none the less a week without stopping. You look behind you to see how many people are still in the exams you see the person referred  to as Hisoka still there not even wheezing like most of the applicants. You think to yourself : he must be fairly tolerant he seems strong--: your thought was cut off when he returns your gaze at him. You get a little nervous and look the other way the examiner talks about the next phase when someone else says that they are the examiner and the one we followed is fake. Just then cards are flung at both the acclaimed examiners. The one we followed caught  them the other fell dead. After a while it was back to running you knew where the ending part of the course was so you decided to explore the forest. You found a few monsters you slaughtered with ease before you noticed Hisoka off in the distance he killed about 8 people in the swing of a card. He..was...amazing
You couldn't describe him he had the charm of the rarest of jewels he was more handsome than the best dream you've had, he was so insane that it was intriguing. You found yourself blushing looking at the man, you knew you had to have him. This was a game of cards. You need to play the right hands if you want him to love you but if delt wrong it could actually cost your life. He was different from the rest though you had to have him even if death was a option. You decided to head to the check point thinking of how to play the cards. When you see Hisoka there   You look at yourself, reassure yourself and walk up to him.
" your Hisoka correct" you smile at him
"Correct" he looks at you uninterested
"Well I'm--" he cuts you off
" I'm not interested in fighting you if that's what you want"
You look at him wondering how to play your next card he had a better hand in this.
" I'm not looking for a fight" you say smiling at him
" I'm not looking for an alliance either." He said seriously
You look at him not knowing what to say, you remembered he liked strong people people with potential looks like you were going to have to show this off to him later in the exams which you were positive you could do being how strong you are but don't let on.
" s-sorry" you say walking away smirking he had this play but you'll win this card game you think. In this round you need to catch a pig, rather large ones at that there snouts were stronger than boulders so you decide you'll attack it's snout in front of Hisoka to impress him. Or would that look to obvious you don't know his cards so you can't know what he'll play. You stay at a somewhat far distance from Hisoka  before you end the pigs life in a quick swift clean motion. You don't want to look at Hisoka so you carry the pig back if you look at him he would know you were trying to impress him so you prepared the pig for a meal. After a while of exams you where on the blimp for the Hunter exams. You sit watching the sky as you you fly by it all. You see Hisoka walk up to you. As he walks past you you notice he is evaluating you immediately you cover your presence so he can't tell. He stops and looks at you. Hisoka smirks at you
"Why won't you let me see how strong you are" he asks mysteriously
" a true fighter never shows all their strength unless needed or in the end" you say smirking. Hisoka looks at you with a facial expression you can't quite place. Before he walks away. You think to yourself, he's intrigued I might have a chance. You walk into the room you were assigned in it was extremely small with only one king sized bed. You think to yourself great I have to share a bed with some idiot. You go to sleep but a little later Hisoka walks in you sit up thinking to yourself ACE ACE ACE ACE ACE you act cool on the outside nice and calm. Hisoka stands by the doors staring at you
" I can sleep somewhere else I suppose" he says about to shut the door before you speak
" you can sleep anywhere else I thought" you said this acting sleepy even though you weren't.
" true I guess I just won't sleep tonight" he said with a innocent smile.
" good luck with exams then" you say mockingly
Hisoka just stares at you before he walks in looking a little peeved.  You roll over pretending to sleep, while Hisoka lays on the other side asleep. You eventually fall asleep but when you wake up hisokas arm is around you as he still sleeps. You turn red staring at him before he wakes up. He looks. Little embarrassed before getting up and walking out. You stare at him as he leaves. You smirk once he's gone.  You think to yourself, I just need to play a little more carefully and I could win this card game. Hisoka will most likely avoid you because he is probably embarrassed about holding you so how would you get closer to him you think. In the middle of your thoughts you realize you should hurry and it's beginning to land.  When you make it up to tower your left on for this phase of the exam you look around.
"Trap doors" you mutter to yourself.
You look for Hisoka but he's gone so he already went down one you go down a single trap door so your the only person no people to hold you back.  You enter it was mostly fighting and fairly easy and to boring. When you get there you see Hisoka he looks a little injured but you sit down by the door you came out of. You think back to when Hisoka asked why you hid your power. You think to yourself. Ha it's because you'll be more intrigued by me you smirk to yourself thinking about your wits in this little game of cards your playing with Hisoka. You feel eyes on you, you know it's Hisoka but you don't say anything or even look up you try to look uninterested.
" I know you know I'm looking at you" Hisoka says slyly
You look at him
" what would you like Hisoka" you say deviously making him chuckle
" really how strong are you?" He says
You put your hand on your chin trying to show your good side while thinking
" well I'm not going to show you, but I have been fighting scince I was 7 years old with the harshest of training" you look at him with a sly smile trying to play your cards just right. Hisoka just looks at you.
" interesting..." He says crossing his arms looking at the ceiling. You just stare at him before you realize the conversation was over and look at your feet the whole time thinking about the next move in your Game of cards. After a few hours there's about 7 more people in the room. At the end of the day there was about 10 people a few people slept and a few stood awake you decided to sleep being you were a light sleeper and people wouldn't most likely attack you. The next day there's 18 people there after a while there was decent amount of people when the phase was over. Next phase was hunting... You smirked thinking this was perfect. Everyone was taking off their pins except a pale child Hisoka yourself and a man with pins in his head. You walked around in the forest finding nobody around the first few days. Before you notice a large sensation of bloodlust your eyes widen as you use nen to cover your aura so whoever is admitting it can't find you. You hide in a tree up at the very top but hidden you watch the ground until you see it was Hisoka. You hug the tree tighter getting a little scared wondering if he saw you. This wasn't the Hisoka you knew this was a monster, a monster you loved unfortunately you were reconsidering your safety before he killed a short man with a large nose, you referred to him as bird man not knowing his name. Hisoka looked and acted fine a few minutes later you approached him. He looked at you crossing his arms.
" what do you need" he asked in a voice you really couldn't place he was unhappy is all you figured
" not much do you know where any people are I would like to kill and steal their badges"
Hisoka smirked as if he wanted to see your skill.
" I can help you find some if you put on a interesting show deal?" He said cocking his head
" I will make them a toy" I said alluringly Hisoka smirked
" follow me " he said waved his hand for me to follow him. You walked behind him with a skip in your step acting somewhat innocent and cute Hisoka walks normally, until he puts his hand up motioning to be quite. He points in frony of us, it's a women with a sailer hat and a trident, judging by her outfit she likes the sea. I nod my head and walk in front of him. You look at the girl waving your hand she take ps her trident and swings at you. In a swift motion you grab the trident. You look at her.
" number 79 I don't want yours" her eyes widen wondering how you knew her number before she realized it was gone. You smile
" I can't let you leave you know that right?" You kick her
" fight me and please try" you say
" damn you to hell" she says before charging at you. You bend backwards dodging her attack with ease before she tries to kick you while your leaned back you bit her leg when she kicks you, she's been on the sea so long she somehow tasted like salt. She laughed as if you were stupid. You got angry at this point and grabbed her leg flipping her over. She jumped back up. You remembered Hisoka was watching a decided to boast a little by running around her in circles so fast you couldn't be seen. You eventually got fast enough that you created after images while running the opponent looked confused and scared. You jumped toward her simply passing her, you never even touched her you stopped as she stood there. She fell to the ground dead with broken bones. The force of the wind crushed her alive. You walked over to Hisoka.
"Who has number 174?" You asked innocently Hisoka looked up as if he was thinking.
" I'm not quite sure but your attack was rather interesting I must say." He said with interest and curiosity. You blushed a little
"I have lots of more tricks" you smiled deviously.
"Let's find some more people watching you fight is rather interesting" Hisoka said you thought to yourself : I've almost won this little game of cards!: You smirked
" ok I mostly want to find 174 though" you said putting your arms behind your back. Hisoka led you to another person before you realized they all used zetzu which annoyed you. You walked up to the person. He looked as if he was fairly weak compared to you. He wore lots of leather, he looked like a douche so you wanted to have some fun with him. You walked up to the man and said
"Hi" annoyingly he jumped up and jumped at you wanting to attack. You looked at his sunglasses he looked like a complete douche you lifted up you fist as he ran into it.
" God you look like a douche" you said laughing
"shut up little girl" he yelled running at you, you yawned as he ran up to you with a bat in his hand. He swung at you as you lifted up your middle finger catching the bat with your finger before flipping him off. You began to laugh even more. You walked up to him as he trembled In fear.
" ahhh you are 174" you said smiling
You walked past him as he looked back at you wide eyed. Before he slit in two.
"A simple trick really" you shrugged Hisoka clapped his hands at the "show" you put on.
" Amazing" he said with a intriguing voice.
" so we wait the rest of the week now correct?" You asked. Hisoka stared at you with a face you could somewhat place before you thought. : Hisokas mine now it's his move that counts ne--: you got cut off.  Hisoka looks at you
" why do you insist on games" you pause a little set back does.. he know...you like him? Hisoka walks up to you grabbing you by you shirt you look at him wide eyes his gold eyes locking onto your eyes
" w..what are you doing Hisoka.." You ask in a flustered tone.
" I know what your trying to do and it's fairly annoying" Hisoka says
You look into his eyes before gulping.

Ha imma end it there cause I'm a such a douche so imma make part 2 after 10 reads or 5 votes because nobody reads my stories 😂
