Let me remind you this is my first fanfic. So this has a lot of country music stars in it but it'll be mostly Hunter Hayes

(Kaityn's POV)

It starts like every other morning.

"I've got my shades on,

top back rollin' with the music jacked." The music played.

Chillin' it by Cole Swindell. Ahh how i love country music. And the artists I might add.

For example, Cole Swindell. Man is he hot or what? I love him!

By the way I'm Kaitlyn. I'm 15 a freshman in high school. I'm super excited because today is my first day of high school! Also, I am

pretty country. Like I hunt and fish and all that. So I transferred to this "country" school... weird i know but oh well i just hope there's

no prissy girls or bad boys. I do hope to find a boy though a good country boy.

I walk down to my kitchen. I'm greeted by my mom and dad. Oh did i mention my dad is Luke Bryan? Oh and my mom is Cassadee

Pope! Yeah another reason I am so country.

"Hey Mom, and Dad!" I say sweetly. I step off the last step on to the hardwood floor. Brrrr.... it's cold on my feet. I should have put on

socks. I'm violently pushed away from my thoughts by my parents fighting about my dad's tour scheduling. They've been fighting a lot

lately. Dads doing a comeback tour. But not just about that they fight about everything.

"WELL I NEED TO SEE YOU TOO!" my mom screams.

"I know honey. I will be back every so often." My dad says calmly to try to calm my mom.

I quickly run up the steps almost tripping on the last step. I walk into my twin sisters room. After seeing they were still calmly asleep

through all the fighting. I went into the doorway of the kitchen. I heard something being thrown. I ducked and looked as I saw my mom

throw a lamp at my dad.

"MOM!" I screamed. She looked up at me. Her $20 mascara rushing down her red cheeks.

"Go get your sisters. It'll be okay." Dad says. I rush up the steps wake up Madi and Andi then get in the shower. I get out at 7:22 I only

have 23 minutes until I need to start walking. I put on some natural makeup. Then head to get my outfit on. I wore a Buck Commander

shirt bootcut jeans and my cowgirl boots. I hurried the twins as it was their first day of kindergarten. I said my byes and I love you's

then walked the twins too school high school doesn't start until 9, yet kindergarten starts at 8:30. I said bye to the twins then hugged

them. I started my way to school.

I finally arrived at school. Nervous as hell.

(Hunter's POV)

I'm super nervous. I don't know anyone at this school or around here for that matter. I nervously walk to my locker with only a binder

with notebook paper on the first day.

H542 H542 H542 Here it is my homeroom. Mr. Renfro went over the homeroom basics then we introduced ourselves. It was only

freshman and sophmores. I paid absolutely no attention until this dirty-blonde girl stood up and said "I'm Kaitlyn. I love to hunt and

fish. Thats my life in 6 words." She smiled. Braces, she has braces. Everyone laughed including her. I was thinking about her then Mr.

Renfro said "Your turn." Then looked at me.

(Kaitlyn's POV)

A few people after me a blonde haired blue eyed boy stood up. "Hi, I'm Hunter and I write music." He smirked. He's cute I thought to

myself. I hope I have some classes with him. More people went but all I could focus on is Hunter. That is until Justin stood up "Hey

Y'all I'm Justin and I also sing." He gave Hunter a dirty look right then i knew this wasn't going to be good. The bell rang and I went to

my first period. English. We got our seating charts. I sit by Hunter! Class went on the teacher just talked the whole time. Hunter then

said,

"Hey you're Kaitlyn right?" I smiled as he talked.

"Yes I am" he chuckled.

"I like your shirt" he winked.

"Why thank you, Hunter?" I asked hoping I remembered his name.

"Yeah," he smiled. "do you know anybody here?" He asked.

"Nope. Do you?" I was hoping he would either say yes and invite me with him and his friends or say no so we could be together.

"Not at all. Wanna sit with me at lunch?" He asked me. Inside I was like "HELL YEAH!!" but I played it cool and said.

"Sure. Meet I'll meet you at you locker!" I smiled.

The bell rang the rest of the day before lunch was uneventful just the normal first day stuff.

I went to Hunter's locker. He was there with a friend.

Justin.

I looked at Justin yes, he was cute but not Hunter cute. And by that look he gave Hunter he's definitely planning something bad.

"Let's go!" Hunter said uneasily.

"Yeah let's go." I said looking Justin up and down as he gave me a look. Like a I know you want this look.

(Hunter's POV)

I could see the way Kaitlyn looked at Justin she didn't like him.

But I do. He's the only nice Sophomore here. So I practically have to hangout with him. Nothing happened at lunch besides Justin,

Kaitlyn, and I trading numbers. Kaitlyn also met a friend I think. But other than that uneventful.

So was the rest of the day besides getting bullied by who i thought my friend was Justin. But never when Kaitlyn was around and if I tell

Kaitlyn he said he'll beat me up worse. So I won't risk it. I already have a broken arm from him beating me up.

*SCHOOL'S OUT*

I went to find Kaitlyn and walk her home. I went to her locker but someone beat me to it. It even stings to think about beat. Justin was

already their and walking her home. He looked back at me and winked. My heart broke.

I knew she would fall for him before I would even have a chance.
