A Sword of Roses

A Begining

Imagine 3 girls, high school students, saving the world from a killer disease. Well that's life for Fayth, Violet, and Roxi

"Hurry up Roxi" yelled a 30 or so year old lady who was dressed in black, as if she was going to a funeral. A young 16 year old girl appears from the top of the stairs, her beautiful golden locks bounced on her shoulders with every step she took.

"Yes mom?" she asked. She always wore a wolf singlet and a short denim skirt that had chains on them, and she also had black vans with golden studs all over them. Her eyes were blue and shined like stars in the dark, mysterious night sky; which matched the dark clothes she wore.

"Its time for school!" Roxi's mom yelled. Roxi ran back up the stairs and looked down the hallway. There was 3 rooms to the left of her and 4 to her right. She walked to the second room on the right and opened the door. The room was filled with book shelves and coathangers and boxes. She walked over to the coathangers to grab a school bag and walked to a book case and grabed some books and a phone and left. She finally made it down stairs and then they left for school.

When Roxi arrived at school she saw her 2 best friends and called them over.

"Fayth, Violet" she yelled at the top of her lungs. They raced over and did a 'friends-4-ever' hug.

Violet Estrella had dead strait, long, black hair: she usually ties a little bow in the back of her hair. She wore a violet colored gothic style dress, it had black lace and a violet fabric. She wore black knee high socks that had a black bow on the front. She wore a pair of plain, bright red flats.

Fayth Louella wore a crop top with a panda on it; she also wore high-wasted-light-blue-with-white-polka-dot shorts and her shoes were a light pink pair of converse; which caused a few fights between Roxi and Fayth over which type of shoe is better.

They stepped back, from thier hug, and then P.C. was on. They got their names marked off and got dressed in the school sport uniform; which happened to be the only uniform for the school. The uniform was a cyan colored shirt with a black netball skirt. Once they got changed they raced back to pc to play on their laptops, Fayth going on a 2D hack-and-slash game, Roxie went on to write her book and Violet was studding for her textiles exam.

The bell rang and it was first period; French. They took they bags and walked all the way down the hallway and stopped at class E07. They put their bags down and took their stuff out and walked into class. They all sat down in a set next to Ava, who was their other best friend. Jayde, who was the leader of the popular group, came in the room and knocked over Ava's stuff and plonked herself in a seat across from Ava. The teacher said hello and marked the roll and set the students into teams of 3. Ava went with Jayde and Bryan who was Jayde's boyfriend. Roxie, Violet and Fayth were partnered up and Ella, Rose and Bell, the populars, got partnered up. Mrs W got all of the teams to do a find-a-word in french.

By the end of class Ava had a bleeding nose and Jayde was in the pricible's office because Jayde thought that Ava was hitting on Bryan.

The rest of the class packed up their stuff and moved on to the next subject which was PE. Mr Batson, the PE teacher, got to pick a sport and the sport he choose was run the gautlet. The year 9 PE 5 class was on the left hand side, the year 10 PE 3 class (Fayth, Roxi and Violet are in 10 PE 6) were on the right hand side and 10 PE 6 was at the end.

"3. 2. 1. GO!!!!!!" yelled Mr B at the top of his lungs, blowing a wistle to signal to go, and the class ran. No one go out in the first two rounds but in the fird one Jyade fell over and every one pelted balls at her. 3 rounds later and no one got out until the year 9 all decided to hate on Bryan. Then 4 rounds later the only person that was left was Fayth who survived 2 more rounds and the bell rang. Fayth, Roxi and Violet packed their stuff and started to leave Mr Gavin Jones stopped them.

"Hey girls can you help me with........ actually... just following me.'' He said, signaling them to follow him, so they did.

He arrived by the year 12 area and in to the study classroom and moved over to the cleaning closet. They stepped inside and looked around. Gavin pulled down one of the brooms and the whole flool plumeted to the ground. I kept going down like an elevator. When they hit bottom floor the elevator opened up to a room with a long table with weird hight tech patterns on the top of it. There was a kitchen by the left with a bench and a fridges and microwaves and everything. There was a bed room with some 'boot camp' beds and a small table. and the was a HUGE monitor room with computers and tvs and dvds and everthing. And the last room was a room with swords and dummies and bow with arrows and books about fighting. Gavin leaded the girls to the kitchen and sat them down and pulled one gigantic book and slammed it on the table.

"First things first, i dont blame you if you dont believe just try to and also it will become really difficult, for us, if you decline so.... um..... yea." he said, slamming the book open the the middle.

"Now ill get strait to the point, theres a killer desises out there and we need to get rid of the 13 monuments all around the world. Also to prevent this from happening again we need to trap Zazero, thats what he calls himself, in the most sercure prizon in the world, Dellmeadol." he said taking a deep breath in when he finished. Roxi and Violet stepped back two steps but Fayth stayed in her sport. "It involes....... well......... killing bad guys and there will be a lot of blood and death and creepy posesed people." said Gavin, in a way that made him a little sad. Both Fayth and Violet took one brave step forward but Roxi was slowly walking back until she saw Gavin upset and ran up to him and hugged him and agreed.

Gavin spent about 4 hours going through the book, which at some points made Roxi cringe, but she did it for Gavin's sake (she had a thing for Gavin). And he spent hours making promises about not being at home or at school but in the end, everything was perfect. They left and got changed and went to their second last class for the day, science. They sat down at their desks and Mr D'lani came rushing in, his papers flying everywhere.

"Hello class" he said grabbing the papers and slamming them down on the desk, then running off to get the equipment for the day. When he came back, he had 2 trollies stringed together by a rope and he was pulling this tollies by another rope. He then stopped and pulled out the microscopes and put them on everyones desk. Afterwards he ran back into the storeroom to get some plant leaves and flowers to examine. Fayth Violet and Roxi were teamed up and were given the microscope and a leaf of a lily to examine, they begain strait away. They flipped through pages, writing notes on notepads with their little nerd glasses. They study every little detail to make sure they didnt miss something. They were ready for the exam. 'Ok class remember exams are next week. You can leave now' said Mr D'lani ordering everybody to leave. Roxi, Violet and Fyath were about to follow the class back to bus bay when Gavin grabed their arms and ran to the Senior area. They followed after him doing what he did. They walked into the cleaning closet and pulled down one of the brooms.

They hit the ground and Gavin lead them to a phone and said. 'Girls, its time.'
