It was Derrick's lucky day he found a girl at the shin dig. She was beautiful and smart. Most of all she made him happy. Caroline to him was perfect but he didn't know her dirty secret. I all his friends knew her secret, but they didn't tell him. All over school he would see her and smile, but if he knew Caroline's secret he would be crushed.
One day he heard the rumor of her dirty secret. So he gets the idea to test her. He said if you don't have any secrets you will let me read your text. You can read mine too. Then out of no where she confessed her secret. "Derrick I am cheating on you with another guy" Caroline said. Derrick takes off to the locker room at school. He sat there and cried for 30 minutes. Then his friends walked in. "Sorry we didn't tell you we should have." Yall knew" he yelled. He just ran and ran and never stopped running till he couldn't run. Derrick just wanted to be alone for a while. Everyone was looking for him at school. He decided that the best thing to do was run away from home and go back to Michigan.
