It was dark. I heard other meows around me.
Where am I? I thought
Suddenly I could see.
Thousands of green, and hazel eyes stared at me.
"Yay! Dawns eyes are open" I heard a shriek.
I knew it wasn't a shriek of my kind so I ran under my mom.
I saw hands trying to grab at me.
I hurled back ready to attack and hissed.
"Mama! The kitty hurt me" The giant shrieked.
I was shocked, I had never done that before, I guess it was instinct.
Suddenly an even bigger hand grabbed at me. I hissed and fought but I struggled.
All of a sudden my mom hurled an attack retrieving me from the monster.
I snuggled under her, my heart beating faster than ever.
