The Boy Who Learned To Give...

How can you receive,
If you never learn to give.
How can you love,
If you never seem to live.
I gave away my food,
So someone else can eat.
I gave away my shoes,
For someone else's feet.
I really love to give,
I give all the time.
It doesn't matter if I have $100,
Or only a dime.
Some people don't get it,
but my mom taught me good.
Cause she gave her life for mine,
and then I understood.
That no matter what you have,
Or how much life you have left.
You should always give,
Even during your last breath.
My mom saved my life,
So now I owe her mine.
And if you don't like to give,
Then live your life that's fine.
But as for me and my life,
I will give just like my mom.
Because giving is right,
And I know right from wrong.
So will you give your best,
Or will you keep for you.
If someone was about to die,
Tell me what you would do.
