"It's going to be fine, Rose. It's just a party!" Kallie assured me, turning up the stereo.
I sighed and laid my head on the headrest. My senior was taking me to my first high school party. I wore my white Freshie shirt, fringed at the bottom and high waisted shorts.
Kallie promised my mother she would get me as drunk as she could. My mother was excited for me, she wasn't really like other mothers. She's a retired model, so she's gorgeous and rich, and still acts like a teenger.
Everyone says I look like her, with my long blonde hair and green eyes. It's a good thing, but it gets me unwanted attention from lots of boys.
"Rosie, we're here!" Kallie squealed, clapping her hands and parking the car.
It was a regular house, except for the loud music coming from inside and all the drunk people and red cups littering the grass.
I started biting my lip, a habit I've picked up whenever I'm nervous. Kallie grabbed my wrist and pulled me up the stairs and through the open door where the party was in full swing regardless it only being seven.
I recognized almost everyone, and I spotted my crush. Kody was gorgeous, and popular, and a football player. I'd talked to him a few times seeing as we had homeroom together but never a full conversation. He had short brown hair and blue eyes, his muscles very noticeable.
I quickly looked away before he would notice me staring and I found myself alone. So much for Kallie taking care of me.
I wondered around, not really nervous anymore. A few guys checked me out and one handed me a drink.
"Here ya go sweetheart, a few sips of that and we will be grinding like there's no tomorrow!" He and his friends laughed, urging me to drink the brown liquid.
I had been drunk once before with my cousins, when we slept out under the stars drinking stolen Palm Bays and coolers and just talking about everything.
This tasted nothing like the delicious fruity drinks, it burned my throat and I started coughing like crazy.
The boys laughed at me, a pathetic little niner. I angrily glared at the boys and tipped the cup back and chugged the whole thing. When the cup was drained I noticed a crowd had gathered, cheering me on. I was passed cup after cup, until I couldn't remember were I was.
I was laying on the kitchen table with my shirt up, giggling like a madman. A very very hot boy was sucking up Jell-O shots from my stomach. When he finished he grabbed my hand pulled me up, but I tripped over my own feet and I prepared for impact. Except my night in shining armour caught me, wrapping his arms tightly around my waist. I blushed and mumbled incoherent words.
The boy smiled, then leaned in and kissed me. He actually kissed me. My first kiss and I didn't even know the boys name. He didn't stop though, and I liked it.
When the making out started getting heated he lifted me up by my thighs and carried me up the stairs, still kissing me.
And that's all I remember of that night.
