"Do you think I could get your number?" Luke asked as we were about to leave. I smiled, I really liked Luke, the fact that he might have liked me too made me happy. It was odd to feel so good.
"Yeah definitely." He handed me his phone, I handed him mine.
"So do you live in this neighborhood?" He asked, starting to look at the ground.
"Yeah I do," I told him, "Just a few blocks down. What about you?"
"Right across the street." He chuckled, "Maybe we could um..hang out sometime or something? We don't have to but.."
"I'd love to."

Luke's p.o.v.
"Somebody has a crush." Michael said, the second we stepped inside our place.
"What? N-No I don't." I told him, I could feel my cheeks turning pink.
"Yes you do!" He exclaimed, "You're even blushing, you never blush."
"I'm not blushing..I'm just..Y'know what shut up."
"He seemed cool though, you should call him."
"I'm not gonna call him." I said, "I'm gonna text him!"
"Too nervous to call?" He asked.
"Oh definitely." I told him, Mike laughing a bit. Okay, laughing a lot.
"Fuck off, I'm texting Liam." I said.
"Luke no!" He shouted, "You have to wait three days."
"I'm not going by that stupid three day rule."
"But Luke, this goes back to Jesus, you have to wait."
"Michael you're an atheist and I'm texting Liam."
"Fine, fine. Do what you want."

Michael's p.o.v.
I decided that since Luke was texting Liam, I would text Connor.
To Connor: Hey, it's Michael.
From Connor: Hey, what's up?
To Connor: Luke is texting Liam, I told him to wait three days, but the dumbass doesn't listen.
From Connor: I think it's sweet, Liam is so smitten for Luke.
To Connor: Smitten? Really?
From Connor: Yeah I don't usually use that.
"I'm gonna ask if he wants to go get dinner, when should we go?" Luke asked me, love in his eyes. Aww Luke, I thought.
"Hmm, well tomorrow is Saturday, so tomorrow?" I told him, happy that Luke was finally getting back out there.
"Yeah! I'll ask him."

Liam's p.o.v.
"Connor!" I shouted, busting into his room, "I'm going out with Luke! I'm going out with Luke!"
"What?" He asked, "Did he ask you out? Or did you ask him out?"
"What to you think?" I said, giving him a confident look.
"So..he asked you?" He asked, chuckling.
"Yeah..I wanted to but I didn't have the guts."
"I knew it." He laughed.
"Shut up! The point is that we're going out tomorrow night."
"Liam has a date!" Connor shouted.
"Yes we've established that." I said, chuckling.

Luke's p.o.v
"I'm glad you're getting back out there bud." Michael said, patting me on the back.
"Me too." I told him, standing up off his bed. "I'm gonna take a nap, since I didn't get that much sleep last night."
He nodded, "You sure you're gonna be okay?"
"Yeah I'll be fine, promise."
