"Paige, guess what?" I say and she starts to laugh at my excitement.

"What, Harry?"

"I met my neighbour yesterday." I start grinning like a fool at the sound of her laugh. She makes me happy just by her voice. Which is crazy and it's the only crazy thing that I want to embrace.

"Isn't that just amazing aye? But tell you what," she says.

"What?" I try to keep my attention on the road as I drive back home but she is making it hard for me to do so with such a positive vibe that she is spreading like a Tinker bell sprinkling pixie dust.

"I met mine too." She clears her throat. "That's such a weird coincidence, ain't it?"

"Yeah.."

"Anyways, tell me how was your day Harry?" She says, snapping me out of my daze.

"Nothing new actually. Same old work, I'm driving back to my place right now. What about you?"

"Nice you're going to the warmth in this biting cold. I'll be heading home at 2, once the show is done."

She leaves at 2? That is so late. And unsafe. Does she have someone picking her up and dropping her? Shall I go to pick her up? I can ask her the address and-

"You there, Mr. Styles?"

"How'd you know my last name?" I ask deep in thought.

"Umm," she says, "you- you told me yourself!"

Did I? Maybe I did.

"Oh."

"Are you okay going back home so late?" I finally state what was on my mind. She doesn't reply which scares me because now she would probably think that I'm a creep or something.

"Don't worry Harry." She says ever so softly. "It's not even a home."

"What do you mean-"

"Okay I sadly can't talk to you forever, love. I'm working right now. See you." She says in a rushed voice and I shake my head at my stupidity. I completely forgot that this is her job and she's working.

"Take care Paige."

"You too Harry."

If I could, I would always talk to her. Let her honey like voice spread through the my senses and soothe the nerves and fasten my heartbeats. She is somehow starting to make herself a daily need of mine and she's not even aware, nor is she even trying. I don't even know if it's healthy of me to let a mere Radio Jockey become a part of my life. But then again, it's not just any other Radio Jockey.

"Welcome to my show Late Night Long Talks. This is Paige Anderson coming to you with the best late night show in the city! Ring up the line and say whatever is on your mind. When nobody listens, Paige does."

It's Paige Anderson afterall.
