Love Is All We Need (Mirstie Fan Fic)

First Day

Kirstie's POV

"Kirstin wake up you don't wanna be late for your first day of school do you?" my mom yelled from downstairs. 

"Okay okay, I'm up" I responded.

Once I got up I hurried into the shower, got dressed, did my makeup, and straightened my long blonde hair.

Once I was done I started walking to school when I got there I went to the office to get my schedule. 

(Bell Rings)

I walked into my classroom and the teacher  starts to greet me. 

"Oh hello, you must be Kirstin Maldonado the new student" she says

"Um yes" I replied 

"Please introduce yourself to the class" she says

"Okay well, hi everyone, my name is Kirstin Maldonado but people call me Kirstie" I said kinda shy.

"Well Kirstie you can sit next to Mitch, Mitch please raise your hand so Kirstie knows who you are"

Mitch rose his hand and I sat next to him, he's really cute, wait Kirstie don't think like that. Class was soon over and time for lunch, I sat alone at lunch cause I have no friends yet because I'm so shy.

2 Minutes later and that Mitch kid sat next to me, I was really shocked why would a guy like him sit next to a girl like me.

"Hey I'm Mitch Grassi"

 He introduced himself while holding his hand out waiting for me to shake it.

"Kirstin Maldonado" I said shyly shaking his hand

"Nice to meet you Kirstin"

"You too, um you can call me Kirstie if you want"

"Okay Kirstie" he says smiling 

Mitch and I talked the whole time then the bell rang for the next class.

Once school was over Mitch offered to walk me home and help me with my homework. I can't believe it's my first day and I already have a crush I mean new friend.

"So Kirstie where are you from?"

"I'm from California"

"California is a nice place to live why did you move?"

"my parents got a new job here so we had too except I had to break up with my boyfriend" 

" Oh I'm so sorry are you okay" 

"Yeah of course plus we still talk but it's just a little awkward"

"Well I'm glad you are okay"

We soon got to my house.

"Mom I'm home"

"Oh hi Kirstie how was school today"

"Great, Um mom this is my new friend Mitch, Mitch this is my mom, Lori"

"It's great to meet you Mitch"

"You too Mrs. Maldonado"

"Mom we're going to be working on homework upstairs in my room if that's okay"

"Of course sweetie have fun"

"Okay mom."
