SAVANNAHS POV
I looked outside my mom's car and found children running around, crying, screaming and playing. What did my mom put me through?
"Ok honey, we're here. Are you ready?", mom asked.
"Does it look like I'm ready?" "I'm sorry. I think this'll be the best choice for you."
"Yeah, whatever", I said rolling my eyes.
I walked outside the car with my mom and started taking my suitcases out. We found out where my cabin was and with a kiss on my cheek, my mom left. Maybe she sent me here so she can get a kid away from here. Fuck her. I opened my door to see a girl with long brown hair and brown eyes. Mmm, she's pretty.
"Hi. I'm Bethany. You can call me Beth."
"Savannah."
"Nice to meet you. How long are you staying here?", Beth asked.
"Until this fucking thing ends. I hope I survive through it."
Beth walked up to me, "You probably will. Wanna take a look around? I don't want to go alone by myself and get lost. We could get lost together."
I smiled, "Sure, why not?"
During the walk we talked about ourselves. Bethany is a cool girl, I like her. Shit, it's getting dark. I don't know where we are. Fuck, fuck, fuck. I felt someone slip their hand in mine's.....Bethany.
"Sav....w-where are we?", Beth asked.
"I-I don't know. Let's walk a little more. I see a light up ahead."
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah. Don't be scared, let's go."
We walked towards the light and found our cabin. I let go of Bethany's hand and ran inside.
"Thank god!", I said.
"You were right Sav. Wait, can I call you that?"
"Nah, it's cool."
"So are you uh.....single?"
What? Why is she asking me this? But sadly I am single. I'm the popular girl in school yet I rejected all the boys who asked me out. All those boys are phony and fake. I want to date someone real.
"Yeah. I'm single. Why?"
"No reason. I am too so it's ok."
"Ok. Well goodnight Beth."
"Night."
I spent an hour talking to my friends that night. Reading on what they did one night or who got drunk. Yet I'm stuck here in this place of wood. Camp Waterlake.

I woke up to find someone next o me and turned around seeing Bethany. Why is she next to me? Did she sleep walk or something? I tried not to wake her up but I guess it was too late.
"Morning Sav", Bethany said yawning.
"Mornin'. Ready to swim?"
After we got our bikinis on, I found a muscular boy with a jet black quiff, staring at me. Oh my god, he's walking towards me. Stay calm Savannah, your always talking to boys. Ca- fuck.
"Hey. The names' Josh. Are you going down for swimming?"
"Y-yeah. I'm Savannah and this is Bethany."
"Cool. Can I walk you there?"
"I guess."
"I seen you around before. You seem like a cool girl", he said.
