Hi guys so part ten is now here YAY. I have been informed by my good friends xghostwriterr that I have reached 1k reads! That is so incredibly amazing! I have just checked and OMG I have! Thank You to everyone who has stuck with me through the long wait and short chapters. You guys are what keep me writing. Well that and the reminders from a certain someone, you know who you are 😉.  P.S sorry for my lack of detail on where in Illinois is it, I am from NZ and know very little about America. I made up some statistics and looked up other things. Now, without further ado enjoy MRGJHRR16!

We have just settled into the hotel. Morgan and Spence bunk together which leaves me uncomfortably with Hotch. It is 8:34 and I am currently trying to Skype Garcia, partially to see if she has any more information and mostly because I am surrounded by testosterone and need female contact.
After only about 2 seconds her bubbly face pops up on the screen smiling away at me, she squeals over exaggerated "oh! Rose hey girl! What do ya need?"
Not expecting this short, direct answer from Garcia I stutter back "oh um nothing Garcia, sorry are you busy?"
Stopping she thinks before having a lightbulb moment and rushing back out "my my I'm sorry doll! No I'm not doing anything right this second. Usually no one calls but for work." I have to laugh at her Smile as she puts her hand near her mouth as if whispering about someone in her room and continues "are you getting sick of my chocolate thunder already? I thought you'd last a week at least."
She's so cute and animated. It's so hard not to love her so I answer "no Garcia" I look over to Hotch who is reading through the file trying to piece together the victimology.
He seems so overworked, we were supposed to be settling in and only look through the case files but Hotch insists on doing more work so we can get through more cases.
Looking back to Garcia I say in an overly loud voice "I was just missing intelligent conversation"
Garcia can't contain her loud gasp that protrudes her lips before giggling like a school girl. I glance over to Hotch who has looked up confused before shaking and Bowing his head, just at that moment he looks back up instantly, looking just as serious as before. He looks at me and asks "is Garcia on line with you Rose?"
Behind me I hear an exaggerated sigh then Garcia whispers "oh save me Rose, he's gonna get me working."
He starts to walk over after not getting an answer so I whisper, defeated "sorry Garcia, he's all yours."
At this point Hotch is right behind me and says "Garcia. I need you to look up any males in the area with child deaths in the last 5 years."
Garcia sighs before saying "eye eye captain." And proceeds to furiously tap away at her keyboard. Looking back up a second later she spouts "sadly my big bad boss there have been a whopping 47 child deaths and that is not including at birth."
Hotch thinks only for a second. I am mesmerised by the pace and how in-sink they are. He orders Garcia "okay, how many of those were under 10"
There is only a brief pause before Garcia answers "35"
"How many happened outside, or not in the home?" His question sounds more like a statement as it's so commanding.
It's like a game of tennis. Currently Garcia has the ball and is furiously typing on her key board. "Gimme a seconnnd... Ah huh! Got it. That would be 8 sir."
Hotch thinks before saying "okay, send the files through to the P.D and we will pick them up tomorrow. Thanks Garcia. Now get some rest, that's an order." Before walking back to his bed and closing the case file.
After checking he is gone I turn back to Garcia and say "hey, he's gone to bed now." Only then do I notice how dark her usually chipper eyes look "You should too, it's getting late and if my math is correct you are an hour ahead of us now, so go to sleep." I sternly scold her jokingly.
She smiles at me and replies "yes! I was just on my way home when my A- team needed my assistance. I am always at the ready."
Sensing the leader watching us still chatting I decide to end it there "okay. Well night Garcia. Hopefully talk tomorrow." Before ending the call and almost literally crawling in my bed for the night, I have a feeling I'll need all the rest I can get.
