Y/n was a pretty great girl, smart, attractive, and kind to most, all the boys chased her, but she wasn't interested and turned them all down. For she was interested in the one and only, Pansy Parkinson. Why her? You may ask, isn't she the Pug-faced one? Yes, but where as some saw her as pug-face, Y/n saw her as beautiful. There was only one problem, and he went by the name of Draco Malfoy, Pansy was always all over him, so much that they could be joint at the hip. Y/n was extremely jealous! Why him?! He was rude, selfish, and had a huge ego! Her head was in a swirl of thoughts as she walked down the corridor angrily, making much louder steps than she would normally. When she heard giggling coming from around the corner, she decided to investigate, she was late to potions anyways, so why not? She then saw a sight that horrified her, Draco and Pansy, he was pushed against the wall with her practically eating his face off! Y/n was sad and furious! She tried to keep it in, but let out a tiny wimper. Pansy turned and saw her, and Y/n bolted, not giving her a chance to speak. "Y/n, wait!" called Pansy, but she was already gone. Pansy raced after her and caught a glimpse of her going out to the school grounds. She followed after her, and saw Y/n crying under the tree near the black lake.
"Y/n?" said Pansy, "Go away!" replied Y/n "I'm sorry for making you upset, but I don't understand what I did," said Pansy "Why Draco, why him? Why couldn't it be me?" Y/n mumbled, thinking Pansy couldn't hear. Pansy did indeed hear, though, and walked in front of Y/n and gave her a kiss on her forehead. "What was that for?" Y/n asked surprised. "You really are daft, sometimes you know that?" said Pansy "I was just using Draco to make you jealous, it's you, I fancy, Y/n, it was always you." "Really?" "Of course!" No one saw them in potions that day, or any other class for that matter, for they stayed under the tree all day, just enjoy each other's company.
