Sometimes, especially later in pregnancy, you just feel fucking HUGE. Like a big giant whale, and all the Kit and Ace and great fitting bras and clothes in the world just won't cut it.
There are those days where you can try on 20 outfits and be 45 minutes late for work, and nothing feels right, and nothing fits right, and you know what? It's ok.

Last week, I left the house with my sweater on inside out. A kind man told me on the subway, and it all turned out fine. In fact, I wasn't even embarrassed. I think the process of pregnancy really is just gearing you up mentally and physically for parenthood, and for feeling like a bag of dicks a lot of the time. But I'll let you know in a few years time if that theory is correct.
