Chapter 14

Amandas POV

"Ashlynn!" I screamed screaming. I sat upright

Shiloh woke up and pulling me closer to his shirtless body. "Amanda. Amanda. shhh baby its okay."

my head dropped into his shoulder as the tears ran down my face. He held me closer to him as I started to cry.

His hands were at the back of my head and around my shoulder. I loved it when he held me like this.

"do you wanna talk about it?" he whispered in the dark room. We were in my room with the lights shut off. I felt my sweat dripping down my face.

"Shiloh! I wasn't there when she got shot! I wasn't there and she could be dead right now. We wouldn't know!" I was getting hysterical

He crawled out of bed and put on his pants and a white undershirt. The gangster tank top. His dark hair reflected in the moonlight. "cmon baby. let's go."

"where?" I wiped a tear from my face

"surprise. Here." he tossed me his hoodie. I slid it over my head, breathing in his scent. My god he smelled perfect.

Shiloh was staring at me with a smirk on his face. "Can you like not be so beautiful?"

"you make ne happy." I walked over and planted a kiss on his mouth. he returned it.

"let's go baby" he said walking out of my room.

my mom was standing in the doorway blocking us from leaving the house.

"where the hell are ypu going?" she asked

"with Shiloh" I said trying to push past her.

"uhh like hell you are. Go home Shiloh." she shot him a shit look

"Mom! no!" I said grabbing his hand. she seemed to process this

"Get out. I don't want you back here. Get out. "

I rolled my eyes. she doesn't mean it. "Let's go Shiloh. we don't need this"

my mom grabbed my wrists and smacked me in the face. I fell and gripped my face. Getting up, I ran out of the door.

"don't come back!" she screamed.

Shiloh started the truck after I climbed in the passenger side and we sped off.

I started to cry again. "amanda, you can stay with me"

he looked at me in the eyes. "are you sure?"

"of course. I-I-I love you"

He must've noticed my mouth drop. He grinned and his eyes confirmed it.

after what seemed like an hour but was only like,10 seconds I finally said "I love you too." I said.

He looked over and kissed me. I cuddled next to his shoulder as we reached the hospital where ashlynn was.

I unbuckled my seatbelt as Shiloh came Round the other side and reopened the door for me. My hand found his as he kissed me.

When we got in the hospital I saw everyone in the waiting room. Raelynn ran up to me and hugged me. "you got ny message?!"

Shiloh put his hand on my waist. "yeah. It's bad?"

"Something happened with Lawrence too!!"
