Megan POV

Ow I think as I shift my neck good grief I'm sore. I open my eyes and see that I'm in a cave a musty horrible smelling dark and creepy cave! something scuttles across my foot so I look down its just so happens to be the only creature smaller than me that I'm afraid of a friggin' spider. But before I have time to kill it some one walks into the cave, "your awake fantastic!" the other person says, "how did you sleep Taylor?" Taylor? my mom?

"I'm not Taylor sorry, but you have the wrong wolf miss," I start to say before she cuts me off.

"Not Taylor!" her voice cracks at the end, "well then there is no point in keeping you," she says calmly turning towards me with a gun in her hand. this lady is crazy!

"You don't want to do that," I tell her.

"Why not? you aren't Taylor so why do I need you?" she asks me with a sickeningly sweet voice to which I would gag if I wasn't being held captive.

"Because," I start, "I'm her daughter,"

She ponders the thought for a moment and then seems as though she finally understands what I said. "so you are the glorious prophecy child," she says exaggerating the word glorious.

"So I'm told," I whisper.

"Do you want it?" she asks.

"Want what?" I look up into her eyes which hold a glimmer of mischief.

"The prophecy, the powers, the life of the world in your hands?" she says holding my gaze and practically challenging me to look away which I do.

"No," I whisper not wanting to lie.

"Why," she persists.

I look up meeting her accusing glare, "because," I start as a tear slips from my eye, "the world doesn't need another war it needs an everlasting peace something that I can't give it,"

"Well I doubt you know what you are capable of," she says dropping her eyes, "and if you walk away from your fate now I promise you, you will regret it every second of the rest of your life,

"How would you know?" I sniffle.

"Because my past is as horrific as yours will be if you give up now," she tells me once again meeting my eyes.

"Then what should I do?" I desperately ask her.

"That's for you to decide, all I can do is let you go," she tells me, "I hope you find the answers you need but you will not get them from me," she finishes before untying me and walking away.

"Hey wait up, what are you going to do with my mom?" I shout.

"I'm going to take the revenge I deserve and put her out of her misery," she says before shifting and leaving me to find my own way home.

I just confided in a crazy person out to murder my mom great, some prophecy child I am...
