Love Turns Quickly

Chapter One.

Senior year. Cassy Figs was dreading it. The 17 year old girl was as dull as could be. Brown hair and blue eyes. Nothing special. She wasn't dreading the school part, just the people part. She'd went to school with these kids since kindergarten. She still didn't want anything to do with any of them. She was just fine with her little group of friends. Her best friend Tina Long had changed junior year. Dating seniors. Cassy and Tina had tried to stay friends but it was cassy or popularity. Tina picked popularity.

"Cassy time to wake up!" Cassy groaned and sat up in bed. First day of senior year. She got up and tore threw clothes. Finally she put on a white see threw shirt, black tank top, black leggings with boots. She brushed threw her brown hair, and put on the little makeup she had. She grabbed her backpack and ran down the stairs. "Morning mom" she said, trying to sound cheerful. Her mom smiled and put a bowl of cereal in front of her. Quickly eating she picked up her bag and left. 5 minutes later she was standing in front of Richard Cane high school. "CASSY" Cassy heard her name and turned around, seeing her two friends she smiled. "Hey" she said once they were close enough. "Did you hear?" Lizzy said, obviously cassy hadnt. "No what?" She asked starting to walk into the school.  "Tommy! He's single!" She squealed. "Shush!" Their other friend Becky said, noticing the stairs. "So? What's him being single got to do with me?" Cassy asked finding her locker, and putting in her combination. "He's totally into you" Lizzy said confidently. Becky smiled and agreeing smile. "He is not" cassy said, rolling her eyes as she took her books out and stuffed her backpack in her locker. "He is too. He talked to you all the time!" Becky added on as they started to walk to their first class. "Only to get notes" she said, but couldn't help but to smile. "Plus why would Tommy be-" she ran into someone and dropped her books "shit. Sorry" she mumbled and started picking up her books. "Uhum" Becky made a noise and I looked up to see who was helping me gather my books. It was Tommy. She blushed then looked back down and gathered the rest of her books and stood up. He stood up also and flashed her a smile. "Why would Tommy be what?" He asked, obviously hearing what she had say. She blushed brightly "uh...uh nothing" she mumbled then grabbed lizzy and  Becky, pulling them with her "he's into you" lizzy smirked "so into you" Becky added on. Cassy didn't say anything, she just looked behind her and saw him watching her go. Omg I can't believe that just happened....
