Then me and Gibbs when in to the elevator, I turned it off as soon as the doors closed and said yelling Why did you tell jack you had no right? I told him so he could come in and give you some time away for this case. Said Gibbs. You should have just told me to take time off, remember I tried to leave earlier. I said. You cant leave and you know that we're not done talking and you got that phone call so I'll keeping my eye on you. Said Gibbs what I'm I gonna do when you go home stay here all night? I said. no, you will have to come home with me and sleep up stairs. Said Gibbs. Can jack come over? I said hoping yes but known he would say no. Gibbs replied saying. Yes but only for a little bit. I just shood there in shock, gibbs said yes then I said ok thanks. Gibbs turns the elevator back on and says we leave in an hour then we walked out I went back to jack and Gibbs went to His desk. Hey jack I'm back, we have an hour before I have to go home with Gibbs and you can visit for a little bit. I said Jack answered saying ok that's good. Good how? I asked. It's good because you l will be protected by Gibbs and I trust him to protect you. Said jack. Ok. Said then I gave jack a kid on the check and we finished dinner and when in to the bullpen and me and jack sat at my desk and talked in till we had to leave with one interruption with that question. Kate can I have a word? Said said Gibbs. I responded saying yeah, sure.then he took me behind the stairs, Not knowing the trouble question he was going to ask me. Gibbs asked. Kate I need permission to dig up your parents body's. I responded yes, even though I wanted to say no but I known that God had a plain for this it was in Gods hands, Gibbs was shocked by what I said and I was not crying and yelling at him, then I went back to my desk and jack. Then about 5 minutes later Gibbs gave ducky a call to let him know and ducky told Gibbs to give me time and not to pressure me to much, the Gibbs hangs up and calls vance and tell him whats happening then hangs up and says let's go now. We got in to the car I drive with Gibbs and jack drove alone to bring his car to Gibbs house with is about 30 minutes from ncis, I wanted to drive with jack but Gibbs would not let me.
