A piercing pain shoots through me,
Jabbing at my heart,
A moment of dreading,
All the pain,
All the emotions running over me,
Spilling like a river going through waterfalls,
The prick of tears in the back of my eyes,
The sudden dryness of my tounge,
The moistening in my nose,
Memories flooding in my mind,
All the pain in life,
All the love in life,
My eyes blinking,
The first tear to spill,
I try to wipe away,
But it's no use,
Before the tear is gone,
New ones are there replacing them,
So now my eyes are clouds,
And it's raining,
My ears ring,
As I hear the worst words,
"Good-bye"
