Maya had gone back to the matthews house to pack and Cory and Topanga saw her storm in and Topanga looked at cory "Whats going on?" Cory sighed and looked at her "Like i know" and soon after they saw riley storm in "Where is Maya!" Topanga and Cory pointed towards rileys room. Maya was packing when riley walked in "You can't change my mind im going home!" Maya said putting her bags on the ground "You have been here for 4 days maya! And you just want to up and leave!" Maya looked at her "Im leaving because you think I dont care about your feelings but let me tell you. When you moved out here all the way from New york. I cried we weren't gonna have the bay window anymore! We weren't gonna see each other everyday! We were gonna stop being best friends! I care about your feelings! The problem is you don't care about mine!" Maya said walking out after grabbing her bags and she texts lucas. Riley stood there shocked and just sat on her bed.
M: i need you to come take me to the airport please
L: What happened Short stack?
M: ill explain on the way just please come get me.
L: im on my way
Maya sat outside outside for about 15 minutes waiting for lucas and he pulled up she put her things into the back of his truck and got in "please just go" maya said looking at lucas and he started driving "Im taking you toa quite spot before I take you to the airport so we can sit and talk about what a happened between me and you but most importantly riley and you. Okay." Maya nodded and sat there looking out the window. Lucas took her to a beautiful a lake but she could over see a everything and the sunwas going down now so lucas decided to lighta camp fire. Maya sat down and looked at lucas "Dont look at me like that Huckleberry" lucas laughed and tooks mayas hand "I really like you short stack but something seemsto be holding you back from liking me." Maya sighed and looked "Its riley she likes you i told her that we kissed and she thought i didnt care about her feelings and i do she doesn't care about mine every time i say something she goes its not that bad but when it comes toher everything changes." Lucas just took mayas hand and put it in his adter lacing thier fingers together maya laid her head on lucas's shoulder. "Thank you." Maya said quietly and she looked at him and gave him a quick kiss lucas laughed "im sorry for zay earlier hes a idiot." Maya laughed and stood up "lets go swimming in the water." Lucas laughed and maya gave him a serious look and she took off her shoes, jeans, shirt and ran into the water "No fair short stack you had a early start!" Lucas said after he took everything off and jumped into the water. And maya thought should I really go home now?
