"That's a pretty name.." The she-kit piped up stepping past her brother staring at the older cat in awe.
"Teacup!" Her brother hissed warningly causing her to glare at him in return.
"I can handle myself Astro!" The she-kit spat.
"Kits. What are you doing in the middle of the woods?" Leafpool stepped in clearly worried now.
"Well... You see... Ou-" Teacup started, but her brother pounced on her causing her to squeak instead.
"Kits!" Leafpool meowed angrily causing them to flinch.
"Sorry..." Astro muttered getting off his sister.
"Now... Teacup... What were you going to say?" She meowed more gently.
"Our mother's housefolk... It... Attacked us... Mother said to run and told us not to stop... There were six of us but... We got separated..." The kit meowed sadly looking at her paws.
"Twolegs... That means you had to run all the way through ShadowClan territory..." Leafpool muttered deep in thought.
"What's ShadowClan?" Teacup asked curiously, but Leafpool only shook her head.
"Come with me little ones... I'll take you back to ThunderClan." She spoke motioning the two kits with her tail.
