i groaned as my alarm sounded, turning it off so that it wont go off again.
6:30 am.
god i hate school so much. it will just be a new year of getting teased. my two best friends, alex and cole, are the only two people who are nice to me.
*ring*
"Hello?"
"Hey jane, do you want me to pick you up before school?" i thought for a minute and decided, why the hell not?
"Yeah, sure. ill be ready in half hour or less."
"All right im also picking up cole so if im late that is why." i chuckled at that remark. cole is a very lazy person when it comes to school.
"All right, bye alex."
"Bye."
after i hung up the phone, i immediately got up, grabbing a nirvana shirt, and black skinny jeans. i look in the mirror and make my hair less of a mess, i sign looking at the black and gray of my outfit, and the black of my eyes.
i grab my bag and sprint down the steps and into the bathroom to brush my teeth.
"Hey! I was about to go in there" i turned around to look at my annoyed older sister. i rolled my eyes and proceeded to get my tooth brush, and the paste. she grunted and pushed passed me to get the shower ready.
"Have fun, tiffany." i said as i left the bathroom. i grabbed my black vans and sat down on my couch listening to youtube.
*ding*
"Hey, im here."
i grab my step and walk to her car and get in the back seat because cole was in the front.
"have you gotten colour yet?"
"alex, you ask everytime we hangout." i say, slightly annoyed.
"well, not having colour is tough, i dont know i thought maybe youd have met the guy in the last week." i gave her an exasperated look.
"what? i just feel bad you cant see colour." my face softens as i realize shes only caring for me.
"im sorry." i say looking down to my lap entertaining myself with my broken phone case.
"Its fine. Just hoping that you fall in love with some boy this year because i want you to have colour." i lightly smile.
"Youre funny. a boy? liking me? you make me laugh. every time a tell a guy my condition, he thinks im weird and leaves, its not use in trying anymore." i say sadly.

alex pulls up to our school, and i huff as a see all the familiar faces giving me glares and whispering as i walk by.
i looked uo at the sky, the sun wasnt very white today as usual, but the sky wasnt a dark grey, so it was only slightly cloudy.
"Hey jane!" i turn around as i hear snickering.
"What colour is my shirt?" a senior asks, laughing loudy with his friends after asking.
"Ha-Ha dickhead" i yell as i flip him off.
i am asked several times a day, what the colour is of something. supposedly im just a big laughing stock because my vision is black and white. alex has always joked around saying,
"Hey maybe youll fall in love with some famous guy and finally get colour!"
although that would never happen to me.
i wish that coles brother hadnt overheard me while i was talking to him about my "condition" because now the whole school knows..
i guess ill just have a whole new year of teasing.
