March 2013, Daniel's POV

Princess Lilian died few days ago. I have been trying to comfort Victoria but she needs some time because Lilian was important to her. I didn't have a chance to know her well because she was sick for many years.

I have been a lot of with our beautiful bundle of joy, Estelle, so Victoria can mourn. Estelle doesen't walk yet but she can already stand by herself. I'm so proud of my little Princess.  She is always happy and I'm glad she will make us laugh everyday. Luckily we have still a lot of happiness  in our lives.

It's late and I put Estelle to her bed and she falls asleep almost right away. Then I went to the bedroom where Victoria is watching old photos about Lilian. I can see she has cried. I sit next to her and we watch the photos together.

week later

When we arrive to the home, I finally give myself a permisson for break down. I find myself on the floor, crying. Victoria is crying too. Luckily Estelle is sleeping and of course she has her nanny. I don't even know how long Victoria and I are sitting on the floor. But I know that our world has collapsed (at least for the while).

Finally, after a long time, she sobers: "How could this happen?" She doesn't wait any answer. "Victoria, I love you. We can survive after that" I heard my voice saying. "But imagine. We would have an another baby but now it's gone" "Vic, you heard what the doctor said. That happens to the lot of people. We aren't the only ones. I know it hurts because I feel the same but we'll have another" 

We survived. But it was hard. We couldn't show our emotions in public because Victoria's pregnancy was still secret when she got miscarriage. But we have our little family and our beautiful daughter is growing and learning everyday. We have Carl gustaf and Silvia. We have my parents and both of our siblings. And hopefully soon, we'll have another baby.

Luckily we have still a lot of happiness  in our lives.

A/N Hope you liked this story. I could imagine this happened IRL because Estelle is four years older than Oscar. But we can't know.
