"What are you doing?" I ask the man in a white coat and he screams. "But you were dead?" "No, I was healing. Where's Heminsworth?" He looks at me in speechless, I ignore him and make my way to Hemsworth's room to find clothes, before joining the fight outside.
I make my way to my territory, taking down any rogue and hunter I see. Every now and then I stop to cough up silver. I grab a crossbow to make killing easier. Once the western and southern parts of the territory are cleared I follow the unknown scents.
I was killing hunters in the northern part of the territory when someone grabs my arm and snaps me out of my bubble. "Amoura." I turn and I see Heminsworth and I stop in my tracks. "Hemins-" before I finish his lips crash into mine and I kiss him back only to pull away to dove over to throw up. "Amoura!" I squeeze his shirt as I heave. "I'm fine." I gasp as I stop throwing up. "It means my body is recovering. The silver is leaving my body." I say to him. "You died. I felt you die." "I did die. But I healed, the enhancer brought me and my healing is better than ever, well our healing, since we'll share this too. Alzacks healing enhancer worked for me the same way it did him. He didn't see that coming. He's working with your father. Blackharth-" "I know. He packed the edge with rogue wolves and I'm certain he's the one who hired the hunters who killed your parents," "He wasn't working alone." Before I could tell him wolves bring from the trees and we quickly take them down. "Drown them in the edge. Break the dam."
I ask him about my siblings and daughters and he tells me no one's been able to find them. "Do you want to explain your hair?" "I've spent the last few hours being tortured, I'm sorry my hair isn't perfect," I say as I held onto his arms. "I mean why is it silver?" "I don't know but I'm fine now, we need to take all these intruders down." I try to leave and he holds me still. I look at him, and for the first time, I see the fear in his eyes, "Please Amoura, I do not want to live without you." I tiptoe and I kiss him. "I want more Heminsworth," "more of what?" "Of everything, and I want it to be with you, I always come back to you." "I love you," "Always, I'm okay now Heminsworth," I say as I step out his embrace and runoff.
"So careless." I hear and I move in the last second and Blackharth's blade hits the ground as I elbow him in the face. "Says the man who didn't make sure I was dead," I say as I turn around and face him. "Oh come on. Come and try to kill me." "Oh, I'm not going to kill you," I say as I lunge at him and he dodges. Before he can get near me Hemsworth's hand goes through his chest. "No, I'm going to make sure you wish I had," I say as he passes out. "He has enhanced healing abilities. He won't die easily." I say to him and he pulls his hand out of his chest. "Good. When I'm done with him he's going to wish that wasn't the case. Take him to the basement and chain him down." He says and he hands Blackharth to his Beta. "Go with him. There's one more thing I need to do. I'll see you at home." I say as I kiss his cheek before I can run off he grabs me and kisses me passionately. "I love you too Heminsworth." He smiles at me, "that's the third time you've told me you loved me." "It's a side effect from dying. Give it a few hours, and I'll be back to normal." "If any wolf that can hear my voice, throw the hunters and vampires into the edge," I say as I run into the pack house.
I grab a sword before I race over to the town of vampires. Xavier was standing in the middle of the road. "Hand over my family Xavier." "You killed one of my brother and had the second turn his back on us. It's only fair I do the same." "Killing those who had nothing to do with this isn't fair," I say to him. "Just turn yourself in, and well let your sisters go," Amber says as she walks up to Xavier. "And my daughters?" I ask and the look on her face made me angry. "You're not keeping my daughters." "They'll be safe with us. Do you know how rare a werewolf reaper halfbreed is." "They're not half-breeds. Not that it matters, they're not jewels to be collected. They're my daughters and they are what I have left of Clive! You will not have them!" I yell. "They're better off here with people who aren't murders." "Says the traitor." They glare at me.
