Ambush
when they held their son for the first time they could already see the bright future in his eyes. tears of joys were shared and that moment was rejoiced. but soon the tears of joys were replaced by the tears of agony. life took an abrupt turn and changed every good thing to disastrous. the world seemed so gloomy. the brightest colours slowly started to lose its original brightness just like a bulb. and then they were engulfed in pure darkness with no way out. with the hope of becoming a wise man they sent their child to get education. how did the place of having a bright future became a death trap they thought. the heartless menaces shattered their hopes and dreams and destroyed the future of their beloved child. their eyes wept and their hearts grieved. nothing mattered to them at that moment, everything seemed pointless. what they craved to see was miles and miles away. and it has been a year. a year has passed for them without the presence of their son
they both live in two different places with a bridge between them, leading them towards their son. but that bridge is very long. so long that it would take quite a time for them to reach their destination. but it's worth it. they will see the glowing face which was once brutally shot in the head and covered in blood―s.j
