*Ashley's pov.*

"Its cancer...", the doctor said.

I saw Demi break down in tears. I didn't even bother to cry.

"Can i be cured?", i asked. "Its a brain tumor. We can treat you with chemo. But i'm not sure if it will work. It already started spreading. The chances are 45% that you will get better. But i guarantee you, we'll do anything we need." "Thank you", i said. "The chemo starts tomorrow." "Okay, i'll be there. See you tomorrow." "Bye Ashley, Demi." We shook his hand and walked away.

When we got out of the office, Demi fell in my arms. "I don't want you to go", she said crying. "I'll fight for us baby, i promise." I rubbed her back and held her tight.

*The next day*

Today is my first chemo therapy. Demi is more nervous than i am. We got in the car and drove to the hospital.

We parked the car. "Ready?", Demi asked grabbed my hand. "Yep." We got out and walked inside. "Good morning. Name please", the receptionist said. "Lovato", i said looking at Demi. She smiled. "Right here. You can wait in the waiting room. The doctor will be there in a minute." We sat down when something hit me. "Whats wrong baby?", Demi asked holding my hands. "Nothing. Its just, i just realized that i'm going to lose my hair.." She pulled me into a hug. "You'll look beautiful", she said. I smiled, knowing she would never think i'm ugly. She kissed me. "I love you", she said. "I love you too." The doctor walked in and called us in. She kissed me again and we followed the doctor.

*2 months later*

We were together for 9 months now. Time went by so fast. But i had chemo again. And today i was going to shave my head.

Demi was pregnant since last month. I woke up with Demi looking at me. "Good morning beautiful", she said. I smiled. "Good morning baby." She stroke my hair. A bunch of hair felt next to me on my pillow. I sighed. "I hate this", i said removing my hair from my pillow. "You look beautiful." I smiled. I held my hand on her stomach.
