I find myself locked in this room
This room which is filled with gloom
This room which glows like kindled fire
This room which stores the desire
I see the darkness imminent arrival
A choking sensation that erases any survival
With monstrous creatures hovering above
Standing at the darkness disposal
Drums and trumpets announce the suffering
Violins and cellos tote the ending
My soul has nowhere to hide
In this mess impossible to abide
My eyes are overwhelmed with hot tears
Like a fire growing in a dry forest nightConsuming me with my greatest fears
Letting myself slip away of what is right
All of this is for one thing
The desire of being free
The desire supposed to bring peace
Has locked me down in this room with nowhere to flee
My crying feels never ending
My heart breaking with every mending
With my memories fading
With my existence dissipating
Leading me into nothingness
Into the vast void of loneliness
Wishing to be free is not being free
Being alive is being free
Beware of losing the key
Or you will be trapped in this hell
Just like me
