Ankh in media above ^^

HEAVENLY,

"It's an ankh. It stands for life."

Staring at the symbol, I touched over it once more, realizing that this is permanently on me.

"It's kind of cool looking."

He laughed. "That's what I said about mine."

"You have one too?"

"Yeah, see."

He turned around, and you can see it clearly on the back of this neck.

"Why would I have it?"

"Depends on how much you believe in the after life." He explained, spinning back around. "If I tell you, you might not believe me."

"I can handle it."

"I'll tell you later."

I nodded my head and turned my attention back to the pool. This feeling sucks and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. And the fact that they let it happen over some stupid money is what kills me inside the most. How it went down was pretty typical, yet the wrong person was hit...or was he? I don't know but we'll find that out too.

"What are you thinking?"

"Trying to figure out the approach to this."

Without a second thought, I leaned over and laid my head on his shoulder. It feels good to have someone new around. New energy can always be a healing energy, if you're careful about how much you take in. His body seemed to soften and he seemed to sense what I was feeling. I felt his arms wrap around my lower back, in a comforting way and I enjoyed it a lot.

"How about I take you out? Just to get you some breakfast?"

"How did you know I didn't eat?"

And on que, my stomach growled loudly, making us both burst out into laughter. I leaned back up and looked down. "Nevermind." I mumbled, and stood up.

"Oh, so no questioning why or you don't know me kind of thing?"

"Who would turn down free food?" I shrugged my shoulders and A smile appeared on his face, making me smile myself. Once he stood up, we both raced to my vehicle. I wasn't sure how his driving was and since I didn't want to go home any time soon, I felt it was better for me to drive myself anyways, he'll just tag along, since he is paying for me to eat.

I slid into the driver's seat with ease, closing the door and buckling myself in, hearing him doing the same. I let down the windows to let the fresh air in since it was still early in the morning. My phone was on dnd so anyone that tried to reach me would have to wait until I felt the need to open and look at my phone. Doesn't hurt to take a break every now and then from your phones kiddos. I backed out of the driveway and decided to head to Taco Bell for their crunch. I didn't eat taco bell, but their breakfast wrap instantly won my heart.

Driving my way there, I could feel Ghost's eyes glance over at me every now and then. Either he's reading me or just genuinely likes his view, not to be cocky or anything.

"So about what you are, I had it all wrong. You're nothing like me."

"Uh." I scrunched up my face. "What do you mean exactly?"

"A Prophet."

"You? A prophet?"

"Don't give me that tone." He sunk back into the seat. "Confusing, yes, but you can't make this up. Trust me, I was shocked when I was told."
