High protien low cal. Pancakes

*1/2-1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein power (I have AST VP2 vanilla powder and Promasil chocolate powder)
*1-3 egg whites (not sure yet of the ratio to make a decent consistency)
*1/2 tsp Truvia baking blend
*1 tsp vanilla extract

If I used 1 scoop protein powder, 2 egg whites, 1/2 tsp Truvia I could make 1 large pancake, plus add 16 cals for 1/8 c. sugar free syrup for 154 cals, or I could split it in to 3 pancakes at 46 cals each and have them throughout the day (minus the syrup).

1 Large pancake, plus syrup, would be:
154 cals
31.2g protein
8g carbs
1g sugar
1g fat
250mg sodium
