It wasn't like this would last forever. I knew someday we'd have to fall apart. Take separate ways only to realize we needed each other more than we intended to do. It was heartbreaking when I saw you laying in that hospital bed, your breathing so slow that you have might as well died any second then.

When they brought you home I was so happy to be able to be with you again, only to realize you would die the next day, your arms wrapped around my torso for the last time. After figuring out you died in that car crash, I cried so many tears when you were gone from my sight. My world crumbled. Of course I might sound super cliche. I'm pretty sure oxygen is more important. But I can't help but think I could have done something.

"Kawaii~Chan it's time to go." Katelyn sighed using my fake name.

"But I want to stay a bit more." I whined looking at her with pity in my eyes.

"It's pouring KC. Did you even realize that? You're gonna catch a cold."

I flinched as I realized I was drenched in rain water. Guess I got deep in thought. I don't really like the water much. I looked back at his grave, Zane's grave. I smiled sadly knowing he was finally at peace, but sad because I was all alone now.

"I guess you're right."

I got up and followed her towards the parking lot. I looked back at the blue and black flowers I placed at his grave earlier. My smile weakened into a small frown. You know the best part of the rain?
No one can tell if you're crying

"So why do you think you are qualified for this job?"

I nervous ran my fingers through my hair, trying to pay attention to the question. I nervously looked straight into her eyes."I think I am very capable in this field and I think you would loose a great opportunity if you let me go."

The brunette smiled,"I like you. You're hired kid."

"I'm 28!" I mumbled angrily, heading out the exit door. I head towards the elevator and pressed floor number one. I flinched when I saw a man with pale skin and black hair walk into the lobby as the elevator door opened.

I stared intensely at him. I wanted to ask him who he was, I was curious. My ears and tail swayed in curiosity as he walked up to the attendant in the lobby. He lighting yellow piercing eyes scanned he desk.

"Hello sir how may I help you?" The sweet lobby lady asked.

"I have an appointment in 10 minutes. I'm Zack Reed. " The man named 'Zack' replied.

"Ah yes. Level 3 room 205. "

It takes took me a while to realize I was still standing in the elevator, completely dumbfounded. I jumped when Zack waved his pale hand across my face, making a look."You okay Miss..?"

I coughed and looked away awkwardly,Now he must think your a horny adult JUST GREAT ! I mentally screamed inside my head. "Nana. My name is Nana Moeka." I stammered nervously. I'm not to keen to talk to new people

"Well I'm Zack-"

"Efron?" I winced as I made a joke.

He cringed a bit but laughed,"No that guy is way more attractive than I could ever be. I'm Zack Reed. " He pulled his black hair out of his face behind his ear.

"Nice to meet you then. Um... I have to go. Bye!" I waved at him as I stepped out of the elevator.

I glanced back to see him wave back at me as the elevator doors were closing. He seemed like a good person, at least for now. His jet black hair reminded me of Zane, it hurt me a bit to stare at the guy.

"Dammit it's raining!" I screeched realizing I was standing outside with a raincoat or umbrella that could protect me from the rain. I hissed as I slipped on my jacket over my head, walking to my car.

I quickly opened the door and hopped in, slamming the door after me.
I looked through the window one more time before turning the key.
