Eight// Hidden soul

Scott, Derek and myself ran through the halls and down the stairs of the hospital, I ran towards the front door, but Derek and Scott ran a different direction. I stood outside watching as water pilled out of a nearby fire hydrant, as it connected with the wire that still had sparks flying. Kira stood in the middle of it, watching as everything moved around her.

"Get Back! Get Back! Everyone get back!", Kira yelled as people came closer and closer to the water as it spread, as I saw somebody get out of an ambulance and stand in the water and getting electrocuted and falling to the ground. "Everyone get back!", her hands were being waved in the air.

From across myself as I stood behind Kira, Allison and Isaac stood watching as the man fall to the ground," Allison!", Isaac shouted and pushed her away from the water and onto a patch of grass nearby as the water reached his feet and his body shook with electricity flying through it.

"Issac!", Allison shouted and I took a step forward wanting to go and save the boy but Kira put her arm out stopping me as I watched the boy fall down to the ground still shaking. A lady stepped out of her car, sending a high amount of volts through her body and she tumbled towards the ground. A car came driving straight towards us, with a guy driving watching the wire fly through the air not paying attention to Kira and myself standing in front of him until he looked and stopped the car, Kira in result, ran onto the car and jumping off doing a back somersault as she stood in the middle of the mess with the wire lying next to her, I took a couple of steps across making sure I don't walk into the water. As Kira rose from the ground, the wire rose with her and Derek and Scott came running from the other side of the giant puddle of water.

Kira grabbed a hold of the wire, struggling to keep it calm until she controlled the power. She wrapped her other hand around the sparks that were flying, concealing the power it held either in her veins, or making it disappear all together. There was a pause as her hand stopped glowing and she looked at Scott and Derek and they looked at her, I didn't bother about that and ran towards Isaac who was still lying on the ground shaking, his eyes open. I got to him and fell down into the water and flipped him onto his back, his chest wasn't rising and there was no sign of movement or sound coming from his mouth as it hung open. "Isaac, come on buddy, wake up." Derek came over to my side as he looked at the werewolf lying in front of us, "Derek, hes not breathing."

"Scott", Derek whispered in a hush town before turning around to the teenage boy behind us as I held onto the boys face in front of me, "Scott! Hes not breathing!"

"Isaac please", A weird tingling action ran through my hands as I saw trails of electric blue lines going up through the placings of my veins. I took my hands away as the lines disappeared, Derek did the same, but holding on to his forearm as darker trails of lines ran through his veins, they were like, a dark purple, almost black.

'What do you mean hes missing again?', I asked my brother as soon as he came out of the hospital.

'A couple of people said they saw his jeep leave the parking lot, Kayleigh, I'm sorry. We'll find him, he's going to be okay.'

'Last time we found him, he was found in the woods screaming his head off. He's not okay, in fact, he's the total opposite. How the hell am I suppose to believe he's going to be okay?'

'Trust me. We've got every officer in the department looking for any signs of the jeep, were looking for the cause of this as well. We'll get through this.'

'I want to know, who's the new officer?'

'Parrish, a couple of days ago he got a job at the station, said he was travelling here for some reason. Might be like how we just randomly traveled here.'
