Chapter 1

NIALL POV

I typed 'Demi Lovato' on YouTube while waiting for the band members to finish getting ready. Scrolling through the list, the only thing he said was 'seen that' 'seen that too' 'seen that nearly a million times' 'oh wait what's that oh nope seen that too'. In the end, he just clicked on any video since it won't make any difference as he has seen all of them anyway.

The first chords of Skyscraper can be heard and Niall smiles while watching the stunning brunette play the piano. While waiting, he decides to go on Twitter and perhaps reply some of his fans. Opening Twitter, he was shocked to see #DIALL trending worldwide. Curious, he clicked on it and thousands of tweets appeared.

Confused, Niall clicked on the link only to view a YouTube video of Demi. "So Demi, who's your favourite 1D member?" "I really like Niall Horan" Pausing the video, now wait a minute. What did she just say? Replaying it again I nearly fainted in shock. Demi Lovato said that I am her favourite member. Me, Niall Horan, the Mullingar kid. Me. Me.

"OHMYGOD!!!!!!!" I shouted before jumping up and down in glee. "What what?" The boys asked, bursting into the room. Still grinning widely, I pointed to my phone and said, no more of shouted, "I'm Demi's favourite!!!!!!!!" The boys looked at each other before trying to grab my phone. "I want to see!!" Louis and Harry said while Liam and Zayn just laughed and sat beside me. Sitting back down among the members, I clicked on the video again, still on cloud nine.

After watching the video, the guys started teasing me. "So Nialler, when are you going to ask her out?" Harry cheekily said while wiggling his eyebrows. Louis slapped me on the back and shook his hips, "Get it Nialler!" Zayn started searching for more Demi interviews on his phone, while grinning at me and Liam just laughed and pumped the air, "DIALL LIVES!"

Then Zayn exclaimed, "Oh Nialler, I found something else" and winked. Hastily trying to grab his phone, I nearly fell which made the guys laugh even more. Zayn then played the video for us to see. "So Demi, would you ask Niall out on a date?" Demi giggled cutely and twirled her braid, "I don't ask guys out for dates. They will have to ask me out for a date."

"ASK HER OUT ON A DATE NIALL!" Louis shouted while dancing a happy jig. I blushed and stuttered, "B-b-but how? I don't have her number and would she even want to go out with me? I mean she's perfect and beautiful and talented. I'm just plain Niall." "Awwww lil Niall is being all insecure," Zayn teased me before being all serious.

"Just DM her or something and ask for her number or maybe her Skype username or whatsoever??? C'mon Niall you can do this! She said that you're her favourite!!!!!" I shakingly clicked on her profile to send her a DM on Twitter.

"Hey Demi, it's me Niall Horan from 1D. Um I would like if we can be friends so perhaps we can either Skype or text? If you don't want to then it's fine, we can just talk via DM here. Take care and see you around xx"

"Is that okay?" I asked and showed the message to the boys. Liam nodded, "yeah it's fine it's totally you, all cute and innocent. She will reply you so no worries!" I nodded and thought, "I hope so." Liam then received a call from our manager who is shouting into the phone, "WHERE ARE YOU BOYS I'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE AGES!!!"

"Ooh shit," we shouted before running towards the door, wearing our shoes in a rush. We have a fan signing to go to.
