"Kirstin Taylor Maldonado, please come up to the stage"
The choir teacher said.
"What song will you be singing?" She asked
"I will be singing 'My Demons' by Starset".
"Okay you may begin"

Once I was finished everyone started clapping even the choir teacher so I guess I did a good job. The choir teacher started speaking.
"Okay, no doubt about it you're most definitely in, congrats" she said while smiling
"Thank you so much" I thanked her
I was so happy I couldn't stop smiling this is the most exciting thing ever, maybe leaving California wasn't so bad after all. I ran straight off the stage to Mitch and Scott in excitement. We all three went into a group hug.
