A New Beginning

The Journey Continues...

As we continued our journey,me and leon passed through a lot of towns and villages, and they all got one thing in common, we weren't welcomed to any of them, as though the people's arua are very cold toward us. None of them showed any kind of good-will, the streets were all filled with people, but an event you would say? Well No. The townspeople often fight over such pitiful things.

But the worst place we have ever journeyed to was an old village, you wouldn't even think that there are people who live in it, streets crawling with vermins, every house broken down as if it was been attacked, and the people... well as usual we weren't welcomed, but I say can't it was all bad. There we met someone, his name was Rei Fuuga.

"Hi, well I see that the people here really don't like you guys huh" said rei

"Well yeah" both me and leon said in reply

"So what brings you to our village?" asked rei

"Well we actually need a place to stay for the night, you think you could help us?" asked leon

"Sure I can" rei replied

"Really? Thanks a lot your a big help to us" shouted both me and leon

When rei was helping us find a place to stay we can't help but feel really thankful that we met him,"Hey guys, I know your hiding something from me, so what is it?" asked rei, "Well to tell you the truth.. we actually have a journey." leon replied, "A journey? To where?" asked rei in curiosity, "We need to deliver this letter to Night Mansion".

"No Way?! Really? Night Mansion is a really dangerous place, I think you both shouldn't go there" exclaimed rei

"Well we need to, mikuni's life depends on it" leon added

"Hey I never forced you to come with me leon" I shouted

Finally rei found us a place to stay, and it was a good one as well, it looks like it's still well managed unlike the houses we saw earlier. "Well here you go, I know this isn't much but... make yourself at home anyways" said rei, "No it's okay, thanks a lot rei" I replied.

So as night came about, the sky darkened and with every moment the streets grew more quiet, As for me and leon since we both haven't rested for a while as early as we could,since rei could only find us only 1 room to stay in, me and leon were forced to share beds, we jumped into bed and a few moments not knowing we already slept. But what we didn't kknow is that we were being watched and every move we made was being observed.

As morning came, the sun light flooded our faces giving us both an unwelcomed morning, to start of I woke up leon with a yawn, then when we both got out of bed, "Hey mikuni I think we should get going" said leon, "Sure, but I think we still need to thank rei for the help he gave us" i replied. Then when we were looking for him, we saw him sitting in the bench near a river.

"Hey guys, good morning. I know why you came here, your gonna leave right?" rei asked

"Well yeah we really need to get going, actually we're just here to say thanks" I said in reply

"Ohh... Well I can't stop you guys from leaving anyway, so good luck" rei added

"Thanks we appriciate it" leon added

As we began to walk, with our step furthering us from rei, I held my hand high and waved good bye at him, he did the same thing as well. Time flew fast, what leon and I didn't know is that we were getting nearer and nearer to Mt.Chamberwheel, therefore getting us into more danger than what we could have imagined..
