Crashing skies

Chapter 3:Lexa Griffin

 Lexa woke up just in time to hear her mother say the words that had just now become the words she despised the most.

"Your mission is to explore earth".

She looked around the room only to find what seemed to be 80 piercing eyes staring at her with a slight hint of a varying degree of anger in each pair,she groaned probably a bit louder than she intended too but she didn't care.

Lexa thought back to years before this, she was barely 16 and her father had just told her something she thought she would never hear.

 "The ships running out oxygen Lexa and we dont have enough time to fix it.

"Now you cant tell anyone not yet specially your mother, when the time is right the truth will come out but we must be patient." 

She remembered how several weeks after her father told her everything she had gotten drunk with Wells Jaha, he was the son of her fathers best friend Thylonious Jaha who happened to be the chancellor.After a few shots of some intoxicating liquid who's name neither of them knew Lexa spilled everything to Wells who just so happened to be a lot more sober than Lexa thought.

"Wait what did you just say?" 

Wells looked at Lexa with a rather unamused and serious look on his face. 

"We're running out of air wells and we cant do anything and my dads totally guna go public with all this shit" 

She chuckled but when she looked over at Wells his serious expression hadn't changed.

"Relax Wells im sure our very great very intelligent council will figure something out" 

She slurred her words but she knew Wells could understand what she was saying yet when she looked back at him his expression grew even more serious and contained the smallest  hint of anger only Lexa could pick up on despite being full on hammered, Lexa liked studying peoples different habits and emotions so that she could pick up on the smallest facial ques.

"you have to go....now."

 Lexa was confused but she didn't fight Wells on it partly because she was too tired and drunk.

"Okay see you tomorrow asshole"

She left Wells that day and they never spoke again.

"Stupid drop-ship with stupid Aiden and stupid Lexa fuck why cant I just get a break for once?" 

Raven punched the sky hoping she would get a response but all she got was silence.

"FUCK YOU" 

She yelled at the sky again this time she was searching for the ark with the slightest hope that she would see it so that she could flip them off.

Raven continued walking and cursing something Octavia had never heard before but nonetheless she was very amused, she couldn't see Raven very well but she still giggled very quietly every time the girl kicked a rock and cursed at the sky.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck, it all everyone on the goddamn ark can go fuck themselves not only did they send us down here to this shit hole but we landed on the wrong goddamn side of the fucking mountain god fucking da-..."

 Raven was cut off by the slip of her foot on some unsteady rocks and before she could do anything it was lights out.
