merp4578 coming at you with another angst! It mentions cheating and other upsetting themes. Da feels are strong with this one. Sorry I'm so horrible, I write too much of this stuff. Sorry if Dazai is out of character.

The reader is kinda mean and nasty in this one, but the reader still has kindness in their heart! Please don't hate me for that!

You really started to despise yourself for what you did.

There was no turning back. You had to tell him or you'd be racked with guilt for the rest of your life. Dazai.......

You worked as a desk worker at the Armed Detective Agency and you knew Dazai for three years. You both fell in love and started to date once you knew him more. But one day you didn't know that your world would crumble before your feet. And it was your fault...... You didn't want it to happen, but it just did.

One day while you were out with Dazai, you met his old partner, Chuuya Nakahara. You fell for Chuuya when you shouldn't have, Dazai was your boyfriend not Chuuya.

You and Chuuya got along and Dazai didn't think much about it he thought you two were friends. After you got to know Chuuya he gave you his number. You both started to hangout as friends. But that soon changed when your feelings for Chuuya grew strong and your feelings for Dazai diminished. Your feelings for Dazai completely faded when you made the biggest mistake in your life, when You slept with Chuuya.

You didn't want it to happen, but you didn't think much about it at first. Your relationship with Dazai was going slow, so you figured Chuuya would give you the love you wanted. The love Dazai didn't give you, but you were wrong. Dazai did love you, he just didn't want to go to fast for you.

Dazai had no clue what you did. So you decided to tell him to feel relief. It would correct your wrongs. But a simple apology wouldn't fix the holes you caused.

The work day was over and you asked Dazai if he could meet you at a nearby park, he agreed to it. You had to tell him........

When you arrived at the park you waited for the chocolate haired man to show up. About ten minutes later you saw him making his way over to you.

"(Y/N)! I'm so happy to see you again! So why'd you want me to meet you here?" Said Dazai as he stood in front of you.

"I-I need to talk to you about something........" You said as your expression darkened.

"What is it? Is there something wrong? You know you can tell me if something is making you upset." Said Dazai as he cupped your cheeks.

"I think this will make you more upset than me." You said with tears welling in your eyes.

"W-what are you talking about, (Y/N)?" Stuttered Dazai, moving his hands away from your face.

"I'm so sorry, Dazai....." You whimpered.

"Why are you apologizing? What happened?" Said Dazai, starting to tremble.

"I'm sorry..... I-I cheated on you..... With Chuuya. I slept with him." You said as the tears came down freely now.

Dazai started to slowly back away from you.

"Why the hell would you do that?!" Shouted Dazai with a harsh tone.

You never seen him that mad before.....

His harsh tone made you cry more,"I'm so sorry, Dazai."

"Apologizing won't fix a damn thing!" Shouted Dazai as tears formed in his chestnut eyes.

"Dazai, please forgive me...... I'm sorry!" You begged.

"I'm not going to forgive you. I'm sorry but that crosses the line for me." Said Dazai with his tone getting softer.

"Dazai please! I love you!" You shouted.

"No you don't. If you did you wouldn't have done that. Just tell me why. Why did you cheat on me?! I thought you loved me!" Said Dazai as tears started to come down like waterfalls, down his sharp jawline.

"I-it's just...... I." Was all you said.

"Answer me!" Barked Dazai as endless tears poured down his cheeks.

You couldn't answer the man, because you didn't have a answer or a reason. You stood there, silent.

"Fine, if that's the way you want to play, then don't show your face to me again!" Said Dazai, then suddenly took off as his tears flew behind him.

He ran and ran, back to his apartment so he could be alone. Soon after, when he got far away from you, it started to rain hard onto the man and all around him. Rain poured down on his face, it mixed with his salty tears.

When he finally made it back to his apartment, he didn't bother to change his soaking wet clothes. He just laid on the cold hard floor with his arms on his eyes. He just sat there crying for hours. He kept tasting the taste of salty tears in his mouth for hours.

Why did you have to make him suffer that much?

Dazai was heartbroken and he couldn't stop the emotions from spilling from his chestnut eyes.

Now the damage couldn't be repaired. He was gone forever. He made it clear that he wouldn't come back to you. You wished you could take back that big mistake. You wished you didn't hurt him so much. You lost someone dear to your heart.
