Risk Taker

When I first saw you, I saw nothing

But after sometime, I started to gaze at you

I saw your beautiful eyes; noticed you sweet smile

Heard you angelic voice, and I started dreaming

I dreamt of you through nights and days

The two of us being together

Sharing our love and creating memories in different ways

Spending our time for one another

I gathered all my courage and talked to you

We became friends and hang-out often times

Its just now I realized that I really love you

So I’ll take the risk and suffer the consequence

I told you what I feel and hastily left

For I don’t know the reason for my shame

I avoided you for weeks because of that event

But I couldn’t stand being away and back I came

You are the one who approached me first

Asked me why I ran and left

Didn’t give you any chance to react or respond

To the love that we both had found

I explained I was scared to be rejected

But it was not as I expected

You came and told me an important thing

That there is a mutual feeling
