Chapter three(:

Homework, homework and more homework. A whole weekend wasted because of teachers giving out stacks of paper.

"Why do we even have to do any of this stuff anyway?" Mary asked throwing her paper down on the floor.

"I don't know but what I do know is that if we don't finish by next Wednesday, we're screwed." I replied shrugging slightly.

"But I don't need to know all of this! I mean does it look like I care about Einstein's theory? No it doesn't." Mary stated with a huff.

"True but we aren't even learning about Einsteins theory." I said showing her that we were doing an English assignment based on Romeo and Juliet.

"Same shit, anyway this isn't even a beautiful story 'cause they both die!" she said looking out of the window then back to me.

"It's beautiful because they died for each other May."

"Dying isn't really a beautiful way to express love in my opinion but what can you do?"

"Look we need to finish at least a few more paragraphs and then we can go get some food or something."

"Fine let's do this." Mary finally said, giving in to me.

We just arrived at the local cafe after two hours of studying. I honestly needed something to keep me awake but as usual they ran out of coffee before we got there so I settled for a hot chocolate instead.

"Do you think Blake would be interested if I asked him to come have coffee with us?" Mary asked me, I rolled my eyes with a smirk taking a sip of my hot beverage.

"Are you still seriously seeing that guy?" I chuckled

Mary had been hanging out with Blake Hayes, the schools 'golden child' well we only call him that because his mum is the principal and he gets absolutely anything and the fact that him and Mary have actually become really close is weird.

"Chow chow?" Mary whispered to herself for the third time.

"Okay I have to ask. What the hell does Chow Chow mean?" I ask her

"It's called nickname revenge, duh!" She says smiling at me like a pedo file.

I made a face at her before pulling out my phone. Hmm that's weird. I have a lot more contacts then I did this morning?

"May? Did you hack my phone or something?" I asked suspiciously, narrowing my eyes and gripping my phone tightly.

"What? Why would I be stupid enough to even try and touch your phone? Everyone within a one hundred mile radius knows not to touch your phone. What makes you think I would?" She asks looking at me as if I've gone insane.

"Because I have like 30 more contacts on my phone then I did this morning. Do you think the boys are trying to get me to get more friends? Because I'm good with you guys, my laptop&phone and some Arizona tea to keep my awake the whole time." I stated nodding at my words.

"Gosh you're so anti-social! Always on your social networks and all that."

"Now you sound a lot like my dad." I said rolling my eyes at the mention of him.

"Anyway new topic I need to go shopping!" I said biting my lip.

"Why? You barely go shopping and when you do it's because I force you to go. Okay what's going on?" She asks suspiciously.

"Well umm, you see I umm need to uh buy some jumpers! Yeah those and uhm pants?" I stuttered a bit and I knew it was no use she was on to me already.

"Chloe spit it. now." She was eyeing me down and I felt uncomfortable so I did the first thing that came to mind.

"Hey um I'll see you soon I have to go like now yeah uh bye?" I half said, half asked as I ran out the door.

I kept running until I reached the local park. I noticed little kids playing around and having fun, I wish I was carefree like that again. I noticed a man walking up to them who didn't look like anyone's dad to me. I stood up and heard him ask them if they wanted candy and that's when I spoke up.

"Hey kids want to know something?" I asked the little children, they all turned around and smiled at me nodding wildly.

"This man doesn't have candy and he's a stranger." I told them pointing at the ugly old pervert.

"But you're also a stranger." One of the kids said.

"But I'm a nice stranger because I'm not trying to steal you. Now I want you to run over to your parents and tell them what happened okay?" I asked as they all nodded and ran away.

"OI YOU LITTLE BITCH! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING HUH?" The man shouted at me, I flinched a bit but smiled at the evil bastard.

"Saving little kids from a pedo file like you. Plus even if there was candy in that van of yours, it'd be infected from your disgusting germs." I shot back proudly.

I noticed a mother looking at me concerned as she talked on the phone. "the cops" she mouthed back at me. I smirked slightly as the man stepped forward. She obviously told them to keep their sirens off because when they got here he didn't even know.

"Have a good life bastard!" I smiled.

"WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN YOU LITTLE BITCH?! DIE IN HELL YOU KNOW WHAT? I WISH I COULD RUN YOUR LITTLE ASS DOWN WITH MY "GERM INFECTED" VAN!" He shouted as he started walking away. Soon enough the cops got him and dragged him to the car as he screamed at me even more then before. I don't even know this ass whole and he was looking at my ass? like I said, what a pervert.

"Thank you so much young lady! You are very brave for doing that! Thank you!" A woman said as she walked towards me with her children.

"It's not a problem ma'am. I love kids and I wasn't going to sit back and watch your children go in there." I smiled as I ruffled the boys hair.

"Well thank you so much!" She says again as they walked away.

I helped a person today so I feel better but I still feel okie something's going to happen soon. Something bad.

"Hey calm down okay? It's fine."

"It's not fine! How could you say it's fine? What's wrong with you? Seriously! You should be freaking out as much as I am!"

"No I don't need to be! You need to relax and stop stressing!"

"How am I possibly going to do that? I can barely breathe properly right now!"

"Well I have something in mind but you need to relax and agree okay?"

"I don't think I can."
