~ Natsu's P.O.V. ~

"I brought you a present like I spoke yesterday,"
I motioned towards the item I had behind my back even though I didn't know where her voice was echoing from.

"I thank you even though all I wanted was your presence and not a gift."

"There's no need for those words, the reason I made you this gift is because I want you to wear it. And if you put it on, it means I can finally see you,"
I smiled hoping that me saying those things wouldn't change her mind.

"Can I see it?"

I pulled out the flower crown I had made the day before.
The white blooming designs were now I bit down since they weren't as healthy.

"It looks beautiful. I hope that me showing you my appearance doesn't ruin our friendship or your promise."

"I know it won't, no worries."

Soon after my words, a few seconds passed, footsteps were heard getting closer and closer towards.

That was her.
The sunflowers speaking.

"You can look, Natsu,"

I was frightened, what if she actually didn't look the way her voice made her appear?
What if that was the reason people had left her?

"Natsu," she spoke again, but this time with a hint of worry.

I turned around.

I was incorrect.
She was glorious, her voice didn't even prepare me, I was expecting something beautiful, yes, but she...

"Can I put it on?"

"Of course," I placed the flower crown on her pale hand, and she let it land softly on her head.

"I look like a princess," she giggled.

"Why would you want to be a princess if you are something even better an a--"

"Being that just means waiting. Waiting for someone to call for help or just simply waiting for someone. No adventures. But if you're something of royalty then you meet everyone and they always love you."

I sighed. Knowing what she meant.

"Do you want to sit down?" I asked while I laid on my back, the sunflowers being squished by my actions.

She nodded while only sitting down on the garden.
I sat up, so I wouldn't be rude talking to her in that position.

"Why do you come here everyday? You hadn't met me before yet you always came to either sniff the blossoming flowers or to look at the scenery."

"It was the only thing that took my mind off death."

"You always took care of them. I enjoyed watching you water them and things like that because it showed that you actually cared.
You were healing me from my sadness and as a favor I made your garden last even more."

I wanted to ask her so many questions, but it all of them were depressing.
We both always came here to see, smell, and show peace even if the other person didn't know it.
And I didn't want to ruin the beauty of those memories.

"You're still keeping that promise, right?"

"As long as this garden grows, my promise is still alive."
