I hate these so much. I hate these with a passion. Why do they exist? I don't know.
You may be asking me, "Why do you hate werewolf stories Dorcha?" Because they are cliché. So cliché. Overly cliché. I was reading the descriptions for some and two of them in a row had the name for the alpha male. Seriously? These aren't original at all. I'll break it down for you.
Firstly there is an unoriginal title like "The Alpha's Mate" or "The Luna"
There is a girl who is usually hated by her pack the has some sort of special wolf form that only she has.
The alpha declares that she is her mate and the girl is like "What? How is this possible?" You have a freaking magical wolf form what were you expecting.
She becomes the Luna of the pack and then the alpha takes her to his fancy castles and tells her she can't leave to see her family. She tries to escape but then she realises she loves the alpha so she decides to stay with him.
Dramatic stuff happens. They have sex. Everyone is happy.
THEN SHE GETS PREGNANT.
The end.
Then comes the sequel with the magical child.
