The Grieving

It was a normal day, me at my house alone while my parents were out having dinner.
I usually stay up late like at 2 am or 3 am .
I was watching my cartoons and my favorite show came on Cartoon Network "The Amazing World Of Gumball". I was quite confused as the the tittle wasn't the same as it usually is, it so blurry and the colors were all messed up.So, I was scared but I had a big curiosity and I decided to watch it even though it was 3 am, the carton started weird, Gumball was quietly standing in an empty room which seemed to be a dark room I was sorta confused on to why he was crying because the show starts as the characters happy,joyful etc...
Next Richard was sobbing in the couch and was crying really creepy Then, Nicole went to comfort Richard,
Now I was really confused so I called my cousin who I bet was sleeping
And when I called him he sure was sleeping. I liked how he responded he didn't respond
Like most people do he greeted me with a "Hey". I asked him if he could turn on his Tv and watch Cartoon Network he said confused "Sure??".So he watched the show and I told him if he saw on the tv some characters
That were crying and he replied with a " no" I asked him if he was sure but I know my cousin, he doesn't lie.
So I told him "Thank you , that's all I needed" and I hanged up.
So, I kept watching the show and the next scene was at the school, Nicole and Richard were in the front office with         In Principle Brown the parents were crying and asking if they had any news about the whereabouts about there son and daughter,Darwin and Anais, they got a replied that made them depressed.Principle Brown said" we did found them but... Not alive".
Principle Brown showed them where the bodies were and at that moment I nearly wanted to vomit.The Graphics were too Realistic with lots of blood and too many details. What I saw what Anais decapitated, Darwin with missing body parts and head sticked on a tree... I can't go on, i couldn't remember because at that moment I wanted to turn off the tv but it just couldn't, I even unplugged the tv but it was like it had a mind of its own.
I paused the tv, and I called my cousin once again, This time I answered him with panic and told him all what I was seeing,The reply that my cousin told me still haunts me to this day, he said " Ohhh... that was a joke that me and my friends made on a guy that worked with us, he always come in crying all the times" which represent why Richard is crying so hard." He was crying because he lost his 2 kids in a car accident,but we only made that as a joke and it was never supposed to be on the air" I was shocked, I told my cousin that there was blood in the characters,missing body parts, and death. He told me that maybe the guy founded out about what he did and finished it with all the crazy events and hijacked the cable network, I told him" but... Why me" he told me that he doesn't know so I hanged up.
Finally on the cartoon they were back in the principle's office and Nicole asked how was Gumball , Principle Brown was confused " I got a call that he was sick" .
At that Moment Nicole and Richard quickly got on the car and went home only to See
