I'm Alyssa Lloyd and I'm 14 years old. I'm young I know I know. I'm Puerto Rican and Jamaican. I know what a beautiful mix. So let me tell you more about me. I'm 5'4 , I guess that's not so short. In middle school I was 5'2 and everyone called me short and wanted to fight me because I was short and they thought I was going to be easy to handle. I wasn't easy to handle. Yes us Puerto Ricans and Jamaicans are loud and crazy . But we have an amazing personality, trust me. I'm going to high school, I'm so excited for my freshman year ! My younger siblings Nylon and Nyia (twins) are in 2nd grade now. They are so small and cute . I helped my mom pick the names, they are so special to me.
" Alyssa did you put out your clothes for tomorrow ?! ," My mom said.
She's always calling me for something . I told her I put out my clothes like 2 hours ago. She's so annoying . But it would be rude to ignore her.
" Yes mom I put them out 2 hours ago... " I said , as I shouted back upstairs.
" Okay baby just asking , and you should sleep now it's 9:37 you should be sleeping now . Remember first day of high school ? " My mom said.
" Yes mom I'm to sleep now ! " I said , as I rolled my eyes.
People don't believe me when I say I try to be respectful. But don't you see how annoying she is ? She just loves to ask me questions . I walked up the stairs to my room . My room is pink and white I recently got it painted . I set my alarm and jumped in my bed . I stuffed by face in my pillow because I know my mom would be on the phone in the middle of the night . I tucked myself in with my covers , it's cool in my room most of the time .
" Yes Aprl ! I'm so excited ! My baby first day of high school ! My baby first day of high school ! I wonder who she meets. " My mom sang in the the other room.
I swear she's annoying. She's really singing a song from a kids show. She's so childish I swear but I love her. But she really could get be me some sleep really give me some sleep right now . Taking little kids to the park is not easy. I got up and shut my door. I don't know if that helps but I don't want to hear her voice . I got back in my bed and got comfortable again. I shut off the small lamp on my bedroom counter. Goodnight.
