Amelia's (POV)
As I walked through the front gate leading towards the school, I could see, at the corner of my eye, the popular girls gossiping about me. I knew this because every now and then, I would see one of them flick their eye towards me and then giggle as they continued to speak but I didn't care. As long as I was happy, then I would be just fine.
I walked towards the canteen to get a warm hot chocolate but I did so, one of my few friends surprised me. It was Caitlyn.
"Hey, Amelia! Wussup?" She asked me as her perfect hair blew in the wind.
"Ahh nothing much." I replied, "just getting a drink before the bell goes."
"Oh cool! Can I join you?" Caitlyn asked.
"Sure!" I replied, "that would be awesome!"
So we both walked into the almost empty canteen and got ourselves a nice cup of hot chocolate.
I sipped it slowly so I could enjoy the creamy taste of the chocolate.
After I had a couple of sips, the bell rang to I quickly ran to the nearest bin, dropped the now empty cup in the bin and hurried to my first class.
As I was walking to class, I heard a voice I recognised. I stopped.
"Well... If it isn't Amelia." I started turning tense as I heard the voice.
