CHAPTER TWO: bully trouble

''Hey''  i said back. ''Im Liam, Liam Payne.'' he told me. ''im Evan, Evan Gerst.'' i said back. 

he smiled, ''Nice to meet you Evan.''  

''AHEM, yes, well you two may talk at lunch, but now its time for CLASS.'' he said sternly.

the rest of the class and other classes went by, and soon it was lunch. i stood in line, i think it was pizza today, so it was a pretty good school food that is safe to eat. my thoughts wandered to Liam. why did he speak to me?     nobody ever speaks to me, im.. me. ''excactly, just you.'' i heard, none other than Jaci stood behind me. was she reading my mind? ''well, looks like little slut here wants to think about a boy. well guess what? you cant! your ugly! your fat! your you!'' i gave her a glare ''Me? a slut? i didnt lose my virginity when i was 14, and i havnt lost it at all.'' she glared a me n walked away. i got my lunch and sat down at my normal table, in the back, by myself.i looked at the different groups in the cafeteria. Popular, jocks, nerds, regulars, badboys, pun- what is that Liam? i looked at the badboys, and sitting there with Niall (the biggest badboy) was Liam. 

LIAMS POINT OF VEIW

i was sitting at the 'badboy' lunchtable. Niall, my new friend, was blabbering on how he beat up the biggest jock. i was listening, but my thougthts wondered to Evan. i wonder where she is? i looked around till i saw her in the very back, at a lunch table. all alone. ''Niall?'' he stopped his sentence and looked t me. ''Yeah Liam?'' he asked. ''Do you mind if i go sit over there? That girl looks lonely.'' Niall looked over at her, for a few seconds too long. ''Bring her over here, she can sit with us." i nodded and got up. 

EVANS POINT OF VEIW

i thought about going to sit outside, but i head a voive call me. ''Evan?'' i turned around and Liam was alking swiftly towards me, what was he doing? ''uhh.. Hi Evan. UMm Niall want to know if you want to come sit with us?'' he said nevously. NIall? ''Sure.. I guess.'' i replied. ''Great!'' he grabbed my hand and lead me to the badboy table. ''Evan, how great of you to join us!'' Niall said. i was seated across from Niall and inbetween Liam and i boy with black hair going inro a quiff. i quietly nibbled on my pizza until Niall broke the silence. ''Saw you and Jaci talking, you friends with her?'' hell no,  i thought. Jaci is Nialls girlfriend. ''No, were never going to be friends.'' i snapped back, he looked at me with wide eyes. but he was looking behind me. behind me was a pissed off Jaci. ''so you let the loser sit with you but not your own girlfiend?!'' he got up and walked to her. ''shes Liams friend, but you have you own table, go sit at it.'' he said. she looked back at me and slapped me right across the face. Liam and quiffie stood up, while a tear came out of my eye and my hand flew up to my sore cheek. ''Da Fuck!?'' quiffie said.''Evan, are you alright?'' liam asked.  i nodded my head. He looked at Niall, who looked more pissed off than Jaci. ''Jaci, you dont hurt my friends. Get out. were done.'' he said sternly. Quiffie grabbed my arm and led me out of the cafeteria and into the hallway. we stopped by some lockers. ''I didnt introduce myself. im Zayn Malik.''

the rest of the day went on as the bell rang before we could say more.
