Amanda's POV
"Come one we're going to be late!!!" I took my mothers hand and dragged here out the door. "Why are you so excited it's just a interview?" My mother stated as she was turning out the driveway. "It's just you haven't gotten a job interview in forever!! I'm just excited and why won't you tell me what job you applying for?" I yelled "because I want you to be excited if I get the job or not because I don't want you to get you hopes up" she stated "what ever!!"
We pulled into the parking lot and my mom looked at herself one last time before she walked into the building and I took a set in the waiting room. There were other people in the room about the moms age a bit younger maybe their mid 20's.
25 min later....
My mom finally came out and I joined her, while we walked out the doors of the building and got into the car.
"So how did it go?". " It went great!!!" My mom said happily "when do you knowing you got the job or not?". "I'll know by tomorrow night at the latest" she said with excitement in her eyes
We pulled into the drive way and we walked inside only to see my dad making dinner. gosh I love my dad he's so amazing. he's like one of best friends expect for my mom and Megan.
"Hi dad" . He just turned around and smiled "watcha makin" my mom said weirdly while giving him a kiss on the cheek. gross I hate when my parents are all lovey dovey!! " Spaghetti and garlic bread" he stated back " well I'm not hungry so I'm just going to go to bed" I said as walking up the stairs
