Wednesday December 4, 2013 around 3pm when John (promoter of Carrier) was going to finish his break and decided to return his area where he sell his AC and when his customer returned Max (promoter of Elux) was able to entertain his customer. John was so angry like he could eat Max. Max was keep on smiling even John was furious. John was approaching Dale (promoter of Samsung) and Brandon (retail sales coordinator) to speak about it and Dale suggested that he must not take it seriously but John was so eager to bust the face of Max. Brandon was doing inventory while John was going to his area once again. Brandon and Elmer (retail sales coordinator) were talking about the problem of John when Max approached them and said that John was angry to me and Max keep on saying "Suya!!!" Max knows from the very beggining that John was mad at him but he nevermind John.
John were shouting said Marvin (promoter of Panasonic) and Jemar (promoter of whirlpool). He was keep on shouting even customers were there. He must not shout unless customers were not there. Marvin said. When the store has only one customer at that time, John and Max were starting to fight and then they punch each other. Jemar!!! Jemar!!! Dennifer (ICA) shouted to Jemar so Jemar could help them to be pacified but then Jemar were not doing anything but watching both of them fighting. Ma'am Janeth (officer) called sir Aris (officer) via cellular to pacify them also and to come over in the store. Elmer!!! Ma'am Janeth called Elmer but Elmer has a customer at that time and the customer witnessed everything. Marvin and Dale were able to pacify them and to avoid them from punching each other. Marvin who hold John and Dale who hold Max. The security guard were not able to witnessed the said incident.
Afterwards, Ma'am Janeth called them both to have appeasement about the incident and sir Aris also came and listen their individuals' concern and requested them to pass a report about what happened and until now they were waiting about the report if John and Max will be terminated or suspended.
