You want to be different,
So do I,
But I wouldn't be you,
I wouldn't even try.
You ask me why,
But can't you see?
We're different from each other,
You and me.
I don't want to be you,
I want to be me.
So please don't be offended,
It just can't be.
Be your own person,
And you will see.
We are different,
You and me.
Strive to be you,
And always be true.
The answer is there,
No need to be scared.
It's important to know,
Take your own path,
And see for yourself.
Because you see,
We are different,
You and me.
