We've tried to be like you through and through.
You've looked down on us while
We've looked up at you.
We moved west to our promised land.
While you stayed behind in our homeland.
We want peace!
We want freedom!
We want our homeland!
You gave us war!
You shoved our freedom!
You took our homeland!
We are strong!
We are united!
We are Cherokee!
