1; First Day Back

S A B R I N A ' S  POV

BEEP BEEP BEEP
I jolted upright in my bed,
morning already? I thought. I turned my alarm off and got in the shower. I stood there for a while letting the warm water wash over my my body, still stiff from sleep. I was wondering wether to curl up and go to sleep but then Sarah, my older sister, starting banging on the door telling me to hurry up.
I dried myself, got changed into some  joggers and a baggy t-shirt, brushed my teeth and headed down stairs.
"Mike is outside waiting come on girls! You're going to be late." My mom called from downstairs.
Mike is our driver, like a personal uber driver. I was just finishing off drying my hair as I saw Sarah run past to go downstairs, I quickly put my hairdryer down and ran after her.
She wasn't going to beat me again. I grabbed my leather jacket, slipped my shoes on and was just about to go out the door when my mom called me.
"Sabrina! You need breakfast!" She called from the kitchen.
No no no! I looked over at Sarah who grinned back at me,
"One step ahead of you," she said with a wink as she walked out the door.
I rushed into the kitchen,
"Mom, i'll grab something on the way. Bye." I said trying to get out the kitchen.
"No, just have something here, knowing you you'll have french fries or chocolate." She said opening the fridge.
I looked around. My kitchen was empty only a few peaches and apples in the fruit bowl. Would be helpful if mom bought something that I wasn't allergic to, I thought to myself.
I scanned the kitchen and my eyes landed on a bagel that was sitting on a plate on the table. I dashed towards grabbed it and took a bite. I made sure my phone was in my pocket and I had everything I needed.
Quickly I kissed my mom on the cheek to say goodbye and ran out the door straight away, almost chocking on my bagel as I went.
As I got into the black truck Sarah laughed and tapped her wrist even though she wasn't wearing a watch.
"Gosh, Sab what took you so long?" She asked. I playfully punched her arm and clipped my seat belt in.
As we started driving towards the Girl Meets World set I let out a sigh, maybe I have missed the cast more than I thought.

We arrived within 20 minutes and i bolted out of the truck and into the building that had become my second home.
"Sabbbbbbyyy!" I whipped my head around to see Rowan sprinting full speed towards me. I braced myself and ran towards her screaming her name back just as loud.
God I hadn't seen her in 3 months, it had felt like forever. Of course we'd facetime do 24/7 and texted eachother but it was still nothing like seeing her in person.
We rammed into eachother and we smacked down onto the floor. I looked at her through her messy hair and huge smile, gosh had I missed that goofball.
She rolled on top of me and gave me a tight squeeze.
"Ow, I think i've broken my back." I said laughing.
"I missed you so much, sab," she said squeezing me even tighter.
"I know Row, but atleast we've got another season to film together ayee." I said smiling. She laughed
"Yeah stuck with you for another 8 months, sounds fun." She joked standing up.
"You know you love me really." I said as she pulled me up.
I wrapped my arm around her as we walked off.

We wandered over to the food table and I started stuffing my face with the food, Rowan just laughed at me and picked at her muffin.
I was just finishing my smoothie when someone came up from behind and hugged me. I turned around to see who it was, of course it was Peyton.
I quickly wondered if things would be awkward between us after the rumours of him and Paris dating came out over twitter and my fans got into a huge argument with the Paris fans.
I pushed the thought out of my head and hugged him back.
"Hey stranger, how you doing." He asked with one of his smiles. It made my heart feel weird even if we were just friends.
"Long time no see, huh?" I gave him what I hoped was a friendly smile and looked back at Rowan.
She was showing Corey something on her phone. I guess I was so busy hugging Peyton I completely ignored Corey. I hugged him and asked how his break had been. It all seemed a bit weird but after a while it seemed to become more natural again.
We walked over and met up with the rest of the cast.
Who knew people could change so much in  3 months? I'm pretty sure Corey and August had grown at least another foot, well I think Rowan had aswell. Or maybe everyone just looks tall when you're 5'2 and don't grow.
We were given the scripts to learn and about an hour or so just to look at them and learn parts, then we came back together and rehearsed for a while.
After what seemed like 30 mins I looked outside and it was already getting dark. I checked my phone, it was 7pm! Wow times flies when you're having fun.
"That's a wrap for today guys!" Someone calls through a microphone and everyone starts walking away.
Just as i'm about to go and find Rowan my phone starts buzzing, it's Sarah.
Oh I completely forgot about her today I thought as I answered.
"Heya what's up?" I asked.
"You ready to leave? I'm outside by Mike." She replied.
"Uh yeah sure. Let me just go and tell Row i'm leaving, okay?" I say looking around trying to find her.
"Sure i'll be found the front. Byeee." She says then hangs up.

I push through people who are clapping me on the shoulder telling me well done. I say my thank you's and wade through the people.
I finally spot her over with Ben talking. As I walk over Ben waves at me and Rowan turns around.
"Hey guys, just saying Sarah and I are going now, so we'll see you tomorrow okay?" I say.
"Sure, see ya," Ben says walking off.
I squeeze Rowans hand and go to walk away,
"wait you're actually going home?" She asks looking really confused.
"Yeah, aren't you?" I reply equally as confused. Was there a party happening that I didn't know about?
"No, Amir, me, Corey and then a few others were going to go out somewhere, maybe get some food. Aren't you coming?" She does those puppy dog eyes and I almost say yes but then I remember i'm meant to be  having early nights and not going out as much, because apparently it's "bad for my health".
"Row you know i would but i'm not meant to be going out as much and meant to be staying in and relaxing." When I say it out loud it sounds like a pathetic excuse but Row seems to understand as she nods her head.
"Okay, well may some other time when you're feeling rebellious and wanna break the rules," she says laughing to herself.
"-Wait! Why don't you just sleep over mine tonight? I only live around the corner ish. It'll be great!" Rowan says excitedly.
"Eh Row, I don't know." I say.
"Pleaseeee I haven't seen you in ages Sab." She's literally begging me now, how can i refuse her?
"Fine." She lets out a cheer and hugs me.
"Don't worry I just watch netflix all night." She says with a smirk on her face.
At first I wonder if it's some sort of reference to netflix and chill but then realise that's literally all she does; watch netflix all night.
I call Sarah and my mom and tell them what's going on and they're fine with it . I go home with Rowan and when I arrive at her house I get the feeling of home. The amount of time I spend at her house it literally is my second home.
We go up to her room and i immediately jump into her bed. I take a deep inhale of the duvet. It smells of warmth and Beyoncé perfume, typical Rowan things. But I love it and take another sniff off it.
"Hey stop trying to get high off my pillows," she says chucking a blanket at me.
I start laughing and she jumps on me, I try to push her off but then she just starts laughing and my body goes weak so I give up.
We lie there for a while just talking and laughing.
When I actually decide to check my phone I realise it's 11:00pm!
Huh so much for having an early night.
I check twitter and like a few fans tweets, I get a notification saying

@RowBlanchard tagged you in a picture

I clicked on it, it was a picture on me about 10 seconds ago on my twitter. I read the tweet she replied to:

@OnlyRowbrina: @RowBlanchard look to your left, what's the first thing you see?

Someone tweets me the same thing but to your right, I tweet back with a photo of the side view of Rowan on her phone.

Straight away my phone explodes with notifications and loads of different tweets:

I just turn my phone on aeroplane mode and put it on the bed side cabinet.
Rowan looks at me,
"You seen the tweets too?" She asks.
"There was way to many not to," i reply.
We lie there just in the silence. Finally Rowan rolls over and hugs me,
"Goodnight peaches, I love you." She says so quietly i can barely hear her.
Ever since Rowan came out as queer she's been less frequent with how much she says she loves me. At first I thought i'd done something wrong but then Carmen told me she was like that with every girl now.
I close my eyes not wanting that moment to end.
"Say it again." I whisper.
"I love you peaches." She says and looks up at me.
I stare back at her and gaze into her dark brown eyes "I love you too Rowboat." I gently kiss her on the head and she rolls back over.
Almost straight away her breaths slow and she falls asleep.
Wait. Did I just kiss her? Oh no, I start to panic. Even if it was just a forehead kiss, she might take it the wrong way! She might think i'm leading her on!
I just gotta pray she'll forget about it.
What the hell did I just do?
Wait, does this mean I like her?
